Two story Townhouse on the water is across from the marina with great views Heavenly Valley and Mt Tallac. Permitted from the city, our Vacation Home Rental is in an exclusive neighborhood. Walk to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts, and private beach. Drive to Heavenly Valley in 9 min and state lines Casinos in less than 15 min.

The space
Our Heavenly Spot is located in an exclusive quiet neighborhood of Tahoe Keys. A two story town house accommodates 6 people comfortably. (Infants, toddlers, and adolescent children are considered people too. ) Please include them in your total headcount. OUR HOME IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED EVERY STAY. The master bedroom is upstairs with king size bed, 1 1/2 bathrooms and a guest room with two queen beds. Ground floor is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom, kitchen family room and dining area. The backyard is a common area lawn that butts up to the lagoon. The Marina is across the lagoon. The front yard is a parking lot (uncovered) with at least 2 parking spots for our guests. Additional parking across the street at the tennis courts.

(Daily and Weekly) Recreational Passes are sold to short-term renters, and Homeowners Guests who have been confirmed by owner.

1.Pool passes and Tennis Court passes include Waterfront Access
2.Waterfront passes include Pavilion Beach, Children’s playground, and Volleyball court.
3.Admission for children under 5 years old is free. They must be accompanied by an 18 year old or older adult.

Other things to note
Please Read !!!Our home is the most comfortable for 6 people. There are 4 beds total. 1 king in the master, a queen in the ground floor bedroom, and two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom (upstairs). The dining table seats six. There is a leaf and two extra chairs if needed. Two bar stools at the counter as well. Children are people too, and therefore need to be included in the total count of people that will be at our home. Pets are not allowed, please. Small dogs are considered pets too. We have a permanent family member that is allergic to pet dander. You bring a pet, I will hold back $250 (of your security deposit) for a complete dander cleaning.
