These modern apartments enjoy high quality decor & appliances, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, clothes washing machine & dryer. 2 x TVs & DVD players. Fully airconditioned & gas heating with lovely courtyard & small balcony on the 1st floor. All linen supplied. (1 x queen bed 2 x single beds 1 x trundle bed Sleeps 5) Rate is for 2 people. Extra $50.00 per person. Sorry we cannot accommodate 5 adults.

Friends and I visited the spilt milk festival and stayed at the Ballarat apartment for a couple of days. Great apartment, had all the necessities and contact with the host was quick. Poncho and umbrellas was provided for us for our festival which was much appreciated. Overall I recommend, close walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The Rangehood in the kitchen the lightglobes were dead.TV in upstairs bedroom would only show 4 Channels out of a possible 25-30 I contacted the Host who just said there might be a Manual on how to work the Tv there was none Simple explanation TV probably 12-15 years old could not pick up signal making it useless so in actual fact there really is no Second TV
