Cubs Den is a cozy cabin, located in the tranquil Misty Mountain subdivision. Offering a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player. The kitchen features all of the appliances and cooking essentials. The dining room, just off the kitchen seats 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower. Off the master bedroom is a private porch with table and chairs. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and the adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower. Cubs Den is fitted with WiFi, house telephone and unlimited long distance is available. There is a gas grill on the front porch. This home backs up to Highway 64, there will be road noise.

Misty Mountain offers access to a community pavilion that offers an outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 gas grills, his/hers bathroom and large kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove/oven. Great place to hangout in the evenings.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
