This property is ideally located in the heart of the seaside village of Normanville with an easy walk to the beach & shops. It is a fully self contained separate dwelling situated at the rear of a semi-occupied smaller residence.
Three good size comfortable bedrooms with walk in robes which would suit a family or couples. The open plan living area consists of lounge, dining & breakfast bar. Heating & cooling though-out the house together with an open fire place for the chilly weather.
The house contains a small kitchen which compliments the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with seating for 8 overlooking a grassed area.

Lovely stay in a good location in Normanville, close to the Main Street, cafes and short walk to the beach. Nice enclosed outdoor area and fully fenced so great for our dog.

We stayed over the long weekend. Had a great time dispute the unending rain, the open fire made it very comfortable. Great location. We will be staying there again

The house is well set up and the garden setting really lovely. The shower pressure is fantastic! Quincy our dog was comfortable. The walk to the beach is only short. Parking and access to the property was easy.

Wonderful stay at Normanville

The place was well situated, very close to the beach and the town centre. It was very clean, and the fireplace was such a lovely addition - with plenty of firewood supplied. The photos on the website don't do it justice!

We had a great stay at this Normanville property, it had everything that you could possibly need and more. The fireplace was a hit during the cold nights, Anne was very friendly even though her footy team lost… :) Highly recommend!

Wonderful villa in a great location

A beautiful villa in a quiet location but within walking distance to beach and local township. We were visiting relatives so we spent a limited time at the cottage but enjoyed the atmosphere very much. Would be a perfect place for a family to stay. Immaculately clean, everything you would need for a stay was provided. Highly recommend.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay, the villa was clean, well appointed and exceeded expectations. We particularly liked the outdoor entertaining area and the close proximity to the beach and town which were both within a short walk. Anne is a wonderful host, we would highly recommend her place to couples and families alike. Go and visit, you will have a wonderful time as we did to enjoy the peace and tranquility of beautiful Normanville.

Fire place hideaway

A lovely little home with all you need to chill or do stuff. The open fire place with supplied wood was the kicker for us to stay here. Easy walking distance to dining, relaxing and recreational activities. Highly recommended for a couples getaway or small family or friends group. And of course, puppy loved it too.

Great little getaway in a perfect spot

The property had everything that was needed for a comfortable winter getaway. Tucked away on a quiet street, few minutes walk to the centre, and stroll to the beach. Well maintained, with a lovely undercover outdoor area as well as grassed area for the dog. Plenty of wood supply for the fire Comfortable rooms and beds. Open plan living and plenty of space for a family getaway. Would highly recommend and stay again

What a beautiful little villa! Everything was very clean and above my (very high) expectations! They even had a Nespresso machine with pods :) Walking distance (about 5 min walk) to the jetty and about a 10 min walk to the Main Street (for the average person). I can’t wait to return 😁

Great location between the main street and Beach, so you can walk to both or a very short drive. It is a nice spot to take our young family with everything you need. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!
