Providing you with a breathtaking backdrop of the beach, Estero Island Beach Villas is sure to offer you everything you need for your next island vacation! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, open concept condo is located on the popular northern tip of the island. This 4th-level condo has beautifully tiled floors throughout, which lead the way to many updated features! The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two double beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! There are bike racks for your convenience. Pool was resurfaced in August 2025.

Overall great place to stay! Condo was clean, easy walk to the beach and to restaurants, and had everything we needed including beach towels and beach chairs. Opportunities for improvement include primary bedroom mattress replacement and some of the interior doors are challenging to open/close.

Beachy vacay

I stayed with my two daughters who had just graduated college in December. We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful. The beach was gorgeous. Loved everything about it. Will definitely stay again!

Great condo

Condo very nice - worked great for 2 and for 4 while my sister was there for 2 days. The only think I would suggest is giving 2 passes to park or at least change listing to say only 1.

Great location that’s quiet yet close to all the action

Very nice property down from Times Square, only a couple minutes ca ride. Clean, updated unit and loved sitting on the patio to watch the sunset.

Fun get away

Long weekend get away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoy the property and the beach. Early morning walks and late afternoon walks when it was cool outside .

Great location

Well equipped. Excellent and easy access to the clean, white sand beach. We had a great stay here. The only negative would be that the beds are extremely firm. Otherwise, we loved this property.

Amazing stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect place for my family. It was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The host was quick to respond to my questions. The views of the beach from the master bedroom, living room, and balcony were beautiful especially at sunset. The main part of town was less than a mile away and easily within walking distance. We did not really use the kitchen but it was fully equipped with everything needed if you needed to cook and bake for your family. I give this stay a 5 star review and would definitely come back again.

Amazing view!

Everything about renting this property was easy. The views were some of the best I’ve seen. The sand on the beach was like powder. The condo had everything needed to start. The washer/dryer unit was wonderful to have when you’re traveling with kids. This was an awesome place to stay. We will be back!

FELL IN LOVE WITH FORT MYERS BEACH!

This was our first trip to Fort Myers Beach and this condo unit is in a great location right on the beach! Beach towels are provided, which saved room in our suitcases. We enjoyed walking the beach for shells in the morning, and listening to the gulf waves at night. Close to the village shops and restaurants, yet a quiet distance away. Right next to the Pink Shell Resort which was sometimes loud at night with nighttime pool activities, but otherwise a nice, quiet stay on the beach! We'd love to return next year!

Beautiful 4th floor condo with complete renovation 2-3 years ago. Well equipped, very comfortable, North end of the island, beautiful view of the beach, the Gulf, Sanibel Island, gorgeous sunsets. One note, condo building is located next door to Pink Shell Resort which can generate some noise from pool area when busy (poolside movie, DJ, etc...); but respected quiet hours at 10:00 pm.

Did not know the hurricane would still have wrecked everything

It was a nice place, but everything in the neighborhood was destroyed. I thought more would be built back because google showed that many of the places were open and they were not.

Fun Spring Break

This property met our needs as two families of four staying in one condo. We loved the location on the north end of the island, the beachfront view, and easy walking distance to the Times Square area by the pier. The condo itself was as expected and what we needed. We had an issue with the door handle falling off, but the property manager addressed it right away! We also felt like the condo could have been more stocked with “as needed” items compared to other places we have stayed in the past. Such as laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap etc. There were plenty of towels, pillows and blankets which was nice! The pool was small, and even though we liked its privacy, we do like being able to see the beach from the pool for kids coming and going, but it was fine and we liked it regardless. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Great location

When we arrived the entry codo of the door didn’t match with the one that was provided to us. Toilet from the second room was dirty. Light bulb from master bathroom shower wasn’t working and we had to replace it. The AC system is regulated, the lower temperature was 70 and sometimes the temperature went up to 72 automatically. The rest overall was great, gorgeous view and nice location.

Master bedroom bed was an old mattress with dips. The main door lock was difficult to use. The coffee maker had no filters. The fan in guest bath didn’t work. The heat went out and we had to have maintenance come by. The shower pressure was poor at best. The water pressure in sink in guest bath was low. Closet was off track. Three way bulb lamps had a one way bulb. It was an old and dated property lDisappointed.

Incredible Time In FMB

Exceptional, clean location convenient to everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to go. Only problem (kind of a big deal!) Advertised as sleeping up to 8. This may be true, however, seating for only 4 in living room, 4 on balcony, and 6 at dining room table. Not accommodating family or group that wants to hang out together. Everything else was OK. Ice maker didn't work most of the time or was slow, kind of an inconvenience during the hottest week of the year! We will be back, hoping for better Seating or lower $.

Perfect location

Our family including two children in their early twenties and a twelve year old stayed here a week over New Years holiday. The condo was as described, very clean and well decorated for function and comfort, although needed a little TLC for a small rip in the screen, the closet door didn’t slide, and one chair had a splintered piece on the arm but was sturdy. There was noise from neighbors (we understood as a family ourselves) and music from the Pink Shell next door which we enjoyed. What a balcony view- beautiful 180 degrees because of corner unit. The location was perfect— the beach by us was not crowded and we could walk into town to enjoy shopping and restaurants. The pool was small but warm and generally quiet, although it was windy there! It was so great to be able to grill and eat in the area right adjacent to the pool! Only a few downsides- beds were not comfortable and we were worried when we got a note on our car that we’d be towed, even though the parking pass was displayed. However, we were not bothered other than that note. We had a door lock that malfunctioned three times, locking us out. Each time, we were able to get ahold of Coastal within 10 minutes or so and they fixed the problem remotely. Overall, a nice place and we would return!
