Convenient central Marathon location, canal view.

Cute and super clean! One bedroom and one bath, nicely decorated & furnished. Bedroom has queen bed with topper. Bedroom also has sliding patio door that walks out to private court yard with BBQ, table & chairs.
Living room has couch that opens to a queen size sleeper. Tile floors throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped. WiFi internet, cable TV, & DVD player. Washer and dryer available in laundry room.
Walk to end of driveway to community to concrete dock/ Open area for fishing.
Large commercial fishing charter boats within walking distance. Captain Hook’s for bait, tackle, boat rentals, etc. Curry’s coffee & smoothies around the corner.
Great location. Relax and enjoy the laid back Keyzie life. Just bring your fishing pole and flip flops!

Great little place

We were very happy with our accommodations during our stay in Marathon. The location is perfect, the bed is comfy, it’s everything you could ask for. We fished off the sea wall and saw snook swimming around at night with the underwater lights in the water. We’d definitely stay there again.

The place was lovely, inside and out! We reallly enjoyed the patio, coffee in the morning!

Great place! Inside and out, we loved it! Great location, too, Marathon was great! The property was comfortable, quiet and had all we needed as far as furnishings and amenities go! Would definitely rent again.

Little venice bungalow

Lovely bungalow for the perfect Marathon retreat!

This lovely duplex really felt like home. It's not over-the-top luxe or grandly fancy, just genuine and homey. It's very clear that the property is very clean, and virtually all amenities were provided. Cozy, relaxing and a real home away from home await!

Everything that was needed was there. Very homey and close to activities. Only thing missing was propane gas for barbecue. Sunshine, property manager lives next door and is so helpful. Great place to stay.

Absolutely Wonderful

This rental was absolutely PERFECT!! Lian responds very quickly to any questions. The cottage was adorable and spotless. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets which came in handy on the chilly nights we were there. We will definitely be staying here again when traveling to the Keys.

This was a nice place to stay. It was clean, and nice for the price. There wasn't alot of room to park but we enjoyed our stay. The price was fair as well. Management was very nice and always answered questions right away.Very nice ladies.

Exceeded Expectations

This was my third stay in this unit. I'm almost afraid to give too good of a review for fear of all the weeks being taken next year. I don't want the word to get out that this is such a great place. The owner provides everything that could possibly be needed to make the stay comfortable.
