Spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Northshore (Mandeville near Madisonville and Covington) condo with new kitchen and appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, two covered reserved parking spaces, private fenced patio. WiFi, Roku TV with Sling Orange and Blue included: I do not have cable. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs. There is one step in and out of the living room.

Peaceful, small complex in a walkable neighborhood. Side by side design with no neighbors above or below. Pet friendly and longer term stays are welcome. Walking distance to the Neighborwoods Park and Trail for wildlife viewing and bird watching.

1 mile from the Causeway toll bridge to New Orleans. Near restaurants, shopping (Whole Foods, Target, groceries, Home Goods) Franco’s gym, Beau Chene, and hospitals. Half hour or less from Lacombe, Slidell, Abita Springs, Hammond.

5 miles from charming Old Mandeville, 3 miles from old Madisonville/Tchefuncte River, 2 miles from Fairview-Riverside State Park, 9 miles from Fontainebleau State Park and beach, 8 miles from Old Covington, 10 miles from Abita Brewing Company.

Very nice place

Everything was well thought out with easy access. Only problem(s) we found was the master bedroom mattress was a bit sunken in the middle and a little too hard for comfort. We didn't wash anything because the washing machine still had amount of dog hair still in it.

Mandeville Close to Everything

Perfect location for all things North Shore! Easy access to lake, highway, causeway, trace and great restaurants! Comfortable, clean, quiet and plenty of shopping close by. Afforded visits to Hammond, Madisonville, Covington, Abita Springs, Slidell, Bush and South Shore. Well stocked kitchen; but with so many great restaurants in the area, we had to sample the great local food...even local strawberries from fruit stands in the area. Can't wait to return.

Mandeville

Very nice area, safe neighborhood. Great restaurants. Loved the Tammany bike trail and the Pelican park rec area. Good kayaking but a little early for fishing. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Allison is a great hostess.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located, cozy condo. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was simple, she was readily available for help, and the house was very well-stocked. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and very comfortable for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Can't wait to stay again!

Allison has set up her condo for a very easy, comfortable stay. She has empty baskets all over for you to store your own items in, outdoor seating, kitchen appliances, step stool and covered parking. It's a lovely, quiet complex in a fantastic location with quick access to Mandeville, Madisonville, Covington and New Orleans. The condo was absolutely spotless. We felt so comfortable in her home and are so appreciative that she shared it with us.

Quiet, comfortable condo accessible to stores and parks

My spouse and I stayed here for two weeks when we travelled to the North Shore for a medical procedure. Allison communicated frequently via VRBO’s message system and accommodated our unique needs, as well as being warm and friendly in her communication. The condo was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were able to easily get to medical facilities, stores, restaurants and parks due to the condo’s location on Route 22. I personally enjoyed daily walks to the city park “Neighborwoods” that features a short boardwalk, pond, and wildlife including warblers, egrets, herons, and even small gators! We would definitely stay here again!
