Located in the heart of the resort in the small residence "Les Glénan", this property will be the starting point for lovely walks by the sea.

The balcony faces the beach with stunning views of the tip of Sainte-Marine.

The apartment is located 30 meters from the beach, 80 m from the spa, the Casino Barrière and restaurants.

This apartment was completely renovated in 2013 with modern furnishings. Resolutely practical, it has a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a bed and large wardrobe, a large bathroom with power shower, a separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor of a building with lift, the apartment has an unique and magnificent sea views which can be enjoyed with meals on the balcony or at any time of the day by the bay window of the living room.

Ideally located for visiting the Finistère (Quimper, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Brest, Pointe du Raz, the Fouesnantais country, The Bigouden Douarnenez, Carhaix ...) and enjoy the summer festivals in Britain (Les Vieilles plows, Tonnerre de Brest, Le Bout du Monde, Interceltic, Cornwall, ...)

Great Location with View

The best part of this apartment is the view - wonderful though through trees, but still it's magnificent and the sunlight comes in beautifully into the kitchen/living room area. Lovely! The kitchen has several appliances which is great; it would be great to have a few basics such as oil & vinegar, but no big deal. The bathroom is comfortable to share among 2 people; toilet is separate (great!) Bed is a small-double and fits nicely in the bedroom. Lots of closet space. And it's very very quiet! The host was very pleasant and helped me with guidance on how to arrive at the property in the middle of the night (code for building door and key lockbox). All great!

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigen könnte. Die Kommunikation mit Jelven war perfekt und sehr unkompliziert. Benodet ist zum Jahresende der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen.

Die Unterkunft war super schön mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Golf von Biskya. Der Gastgeber hat uns selbst empfangen und war sehr freundlich.Er war immer erreichbar.Das Apartment war super sauber mit guten Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet (gegen Gebühr).In jeder Gastronomie wurden wir ,trotz unserer geringen Französisch Kenntnisse,immer freundlich empfangen.Viele sprachen auch Englisch.Die Bretagne ist ein Traum. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

BENODET PIED DANS L EAU

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel, très bien agencé. Accueilli par un propriétaire sympathique et prévenant. Nous avons bénéficié de soleils couchants magnifiques sur la plage, d'une longue promenade qui va de la Mer Blanche à Sainte Marine avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie de Benodet. La remontée de l'Odet en bateau est à recommander également. Vraiment de très belles vacances.

Appartement exceptionnel, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur l'océan et la plage du Trez. Parking privé dans la résidence très appréciable. Très bon accueil, tout était parfait. De très nombreux sites à découvrir aux alentours.
