- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Honeymoon

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved staying here. It is only about a 15 minute walk to Main Street! We loved the convenience and how cozy this home was!

The room was great and afforded us a comfortable stay. We like the pool and hot tub as well. The location is very close to Main St. and within a mile or so of everything Fredericksburg is famous for. We'll book here again for sure.

Great Stay!

We so enjoyed our stay. Easy walk into town. The only thing is maybe darker curtains. We didn't figure out until the second night how to turn off the bright porch light......and you can't turn off the neighbors. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Cute Cottage Vacay

My husband and I stayed at Cossette's Cottage with our 2 dogs to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary. We had a great time walking down main street, enjoying the old town charm of Fredricksburg with our loyal companions. The house it self was impressive in the detail to restore the original look. Oh my goodness the sheets on the king bed were phenomenal! We actually looked for the tag and purchased some for ourselves! We only had 2 minor issues. The AC unit for the house could not go any lower than 70F. Normally this isn't a bad thing and it wasn't a huge problem since we went in March and not July or August. Still it was initially warm in the house after walking around the town all day in 75F weather and eating outside with our dogs. Similar situation for minor complaint number 2, it was too warm at night to really enjoy the hot tub. Then when we did go out to the cute memory barn to get in the hot tub, we couldn't figure out how to get the lights on. I thought it was more romantic, not my husband. Truth be told, we plan to visit again sometime but during the fall or winter.

Such a wonderful stay in the dream catcher! For the price this place is done beautifully. If you want to be very close to Main but also tucked away in a peaceful getaway this is the place. Wonderful hot tub and pool. Weather was beautiful. Such a great place and not having to stay at the typical hotel chains. Loved the Dream Catcher. ❤️

Almost perfect

Everything about our stay was almost perfect except for the bed. It caves significantly in the middle. When I looked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything, I realized it's because one of the middle supports is completely broken. We loved our time here apart from the bed.

Quick Getaway in Fredericksburg

This location was perfect. Easy walk to Main Street and clean, comfortable suite. Cute pool area with seating. The only thing I would request is a pool skimmer available as there were lots of bugs in the pool and skimming it out quickly would have made it much more useable. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung erwartet, bekamen ein - zar schönes - Zimmer. Die Ausstattung war dürftig sparsam. 2 Teller, 2 Tassen, 2 Löffel, 2 Gabeln, q Messer. 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier. Alles sehr wenig. Ein lauter, ständig pfeifemder Kühlschrank nahm uns die Nachtruhe. Pool ohne Hottub, dafür mir Schlauch und Reinigungsgerät so das man nicht schwimmen konnte. Lage sehr gut

Good location but short on amenities

We enjoyed our first visit to Fredricksburg and our room was in a good location that allowed us to walk to a lot of places. The room was clean and nice enough for the price. The one negative woujd be with the amenities. There weren’t enough tissues to last and more dishes and silverware would’ve been nice. We did buy paper and plastic and more tissues. Also, the bathroom sink faucet could use some work or updating, but at least it worked.

Convenient location, hot tub was very deep and hot, it had everything we needed.

Paper thin wall between neighbor allowed us to hear conversations. Stones in the Shower pan were uncomfortable for my wife. An extra layer of mortar would be appropriate.

The unit is really cute and nice. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed the faux fireplace. It would have been helpful to have more plates, cups, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. There were only two cups, two plates and two utensils. Felt like I was constantly washing dishes. The coffee maker was also too small. The location is perfect. Easy walk to Main Street!
