Charming Mt Gretna cottage tucked in a quiet art community filled with music theater and quiet evening dinners on the porch

This cottage gives the feel of stepping back into a time when life was much simpler but still has all the comforts of home. Central air, gas fireplace , emergency generator, TV and Internet , dishwasher, also washer and dryer. Enjoy your evenings having dinner on the porch and then walk to the Playhouse for a play or concert, have ice cream at the Jigger shop and a night cap at the Hideaway. All in walking distance. Our cottage is one floor living . It has two bedrooms w/ queen size beds , kitchen, dinette area and large living room. The porch is where everyone wants to live though with swing, table and chairs and seating area for reading or just conversation.. Our cottage is located 14 miles from Hersheypark, 4 miles from the Renaissance Faire located at Mount Hope Winery, 19 miles to Lancaster, 13 miles to Hershey Medical Center.

We've stayed in this cottage multiple times b/c family lives in the area. We're able to have a space for ourselves while visiting family homes other times. The cottage is just big enough for the two of us, the amenities are perfect. We like the summer evening tabernacle band concerts too, the musicians are excellent and the repertoire varied. We'll stay again!

Adorable, spacious, well stocked Mount Gretna cottage. Air-conditioning and washer dryer/dishwasher were a bonus! Stayed by myself with some teens. Had a great time at the lake,Jigger Shop and Hershey Park. They did not want to sleep in the same bed so, I brought a couple of airbeds.

We had the most wonderful time in this enchanted cottage in Mt Gretna. The living room and front porch are so welcome and accommodating. Nice spacious bedroom. We would love to return next year!

This was our second stay at and it was wonderful once again - the house is very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We always enjoy walking the community streets, biking on the local trail, and relaxing on the front porch. We plan to return next year!

Mt. Gretna cottage

Heat wave across the state, but it was comfortable under the trees. Spent most of our time on the large porch with lots of comfortable seating. This cottage had the best pots & pans of any rental we have ever stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

Mt Gretna cabin

This is a perfect spot for a couple! Our nephew came to visit and we were very comfortable with 3 adults. The house has everything you could need and the location is perfect for connecting with nature.

What an excellent place for a short getaway. Perfectly located in an idyllic location to just relax and enjoy the quiet woodlands community of Mt. Gretna. The property was exactly as described. Charming, clean and cozy. The front porch was a favorite spot.

Charm and Comfort in Mount Gretna!

Pam graciously got the cottage ready for us on a last-minute booking. The ceilings are high, the porch is big, and the beds are super comfy! We loved the big windows, the cozy furniture, and how bright the house was. Can't wait to come back to Mount Gretna!

Reunion

We stayed there as we were attending my husband’s 50th high school reunion. Growing up he enjoyed visiting Mt Gretna and always wanted to spend an extended time there. We had a great time.
