Great condo, everything was as advertised. Appreciated them having beach supplies for us for the kids to play with. Nice, clean condo and very nice master bath shower. Great location right beside the elevator and tennis courts for the kids to use every day. Only downfall was sitting on the balcony and getting to smell marijuana being smoked from other balcony’s close by even though there are signs everywhere for no smoking on balconies. Would definitely stay at this location again, had a great time.

The place was nice, a tad smaller than what the pictures showed. The dishwasher broke 2 days in and they did not fix it until we left ONE MONTH KATER!!! I am still waiting on them to at least issue a symbolic refund for this inconvenience!!! Haven't heard back from them! Also the laundry was outside the unit and you had to pay for each time you used. So all of this was NOT what we expected for the high price they charge. Disappointing experience overall! Great location though...

Great place to stay with awesome view

We had an awesome experience staying here. The view of the ocean was amazing, the location could not be beat (right off the elevator, so extremely convenient), and the 9th floor affords an amazing view every day of the ocean. There a few things that could have been improved. We did not purchase the linen package and brought our own, but there were stains and lots of sand on the mattress covers. The one stain in the main bedroom was a large blood stain. We used our own mattress covers, but this should probably be changed. Another issue was the smokers. The facility was supposed to be a smoke free facility, but every morning we wake up to the smell of smoke wafting down from the guests below us. It lowers the enjoyment of the morning view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Good location. Unit was clean. Great view. Good TVs. Loved the recliners and furniture. Very nice unit. Our only complaint was the lateness of being able to get into our unit due to staff shortage and cleaning of the unit.

Our only drawbacks were not being able to check in on time because the unit wasn't ready until 6:15ish and also that we had to go elsewhere to pick up our keys. Usually we are given a door code and can check in at 3:00. Otherwise, great trip! Would come back!

We really enjoyed staying at the sand beach resort. I was a little disappointed that there was no pantry to store our food. I was also disappointed that there was no washer/dryer in the condo. Other than that, it was fine.
