The downstairs family lounge is complete with a Smart TV for streaming, while upstairs, the main living area offers an oversized leather lounge and connects seamlessly to an outdoor balcony with a BBQ and projector for alfresco movie nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped for culinary adventures, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space with options to dine inside and out. A treasure trove of fun, end your evening in the games room with a retro arcade, table tennis, foosball, and more. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the surfboards, kayaks, and mountain bikes ready for adventure.

The primary suite upstairs features a dreamy canopy queen bed, a cosy reading nook, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath for indulgent soaks, plus a separate shower. Parking is available on the driveway, though compact for larger groups. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrance for guest safety.
