Lots of space to enjoy inside and out. Clean and spacious enough for extended family. Sit on the framers porch and enjoy Maine’s fresh air! Peaceful setting perfectly sitting between long sands beach and York village. Designer kitchen, beautiful dining room that opens to sunny deck and large back yard perfect for cookout and relaxing after a day at the beach. First floor den, living room and full bath. 2nd floor master suite, 3 other bedrooms and another bath. 10 minute walk to long sands beach with sidewalks or do the 2 minute drive. Plenty of parking. Washer/dryer. No pets. No smoking. No parties/functions. Window ac units.

Great Location

The house is very nice, with a pretty, well kept yard. The beds are comfy. There are enough bathrooms for a group of people. The house is located just a short walk to the ocean, and easy access to anywhere you may want to go.

A really enjoyable week....

This was a fantastic house to stay in for the week. Plenty of room, yard and deck were used consistently, kitchen was perfect and had mostly everything we needed. The extra parking was really great and it was also quiet and private. Owners were helpful and responsive and clearly take care in the home.

Vacation time in York Maine

Great house not too far from the beach. Lots of room and was especially nice for a rainy day. It was nice having 3 baths for convenience. Kitchen was well equipped, spacious and one of the best we have had in a rental. Back yard was wonderful for barbecue as well as good space for kids to run around. Raphaela was very responsive to questions and if there was an issue she dealt with it in a timely manner.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a convenient location for all we wanted to do in the area. The kitchen is very nice and there is plenty of room for a larger group to hang out or eat together, but also spaces if you need a little quiet time. This house worked very well for our family.

Spacious home that made us feel at home! Well equipped kitchen with every gadget you need. Lovely but simple decor. Great yard for kids. Extremely clean! Accessible clean-up supplies, vacuum, broom, and a great washer and dryer. Quiet setting yet close to the. The only thing misssing is an outside shower. Would definitely rent again!

We loved this house! Great spaces, comfortable beds. Fabulous kitchen and cookware. We look forward to renting yearly. Great dealing it’s Ralphella and Bryan. Just the best rental ever!!

Comfy, spacious house 15 min from the ocean!

House was very nice, owners were very nice and accommodating! One neighbor was roofing and the other one was siding all week! Which was really annoying, but no fault of the owners! Woke up every morning to the sound of saws and power tools! They definitely need central air! Some rooms have window air conditioners. Need another TV in the living room! But over all it was nice!
