About this property

When you need that Vitamin Sea...this is exactly where you want to be!

You'll love the breath-taking view from this nearly 1,000 sq. ft. second floor unit, watching the waves rolling up on the white sandy beach from the kitchen and maybe even spot a few dolphins.

Relax in the heated pool or hot tub with a drink from the Tiki Bar, or play at the Floridita Pool with its beach like entry and in-pool fountains.

It is wonderful being on the 2nd floor where you can see, hear, and smell the waves rolling in, as well as see the morning birds in the seagrass below our balcony. With a staircase across the hall, there is no waiting for the elevators!!

Beach side pool, Tiki Bar and hot tub are on the west end of the resort and with our unit on the east end, the balcony is quiet and private.

Our unit includes:
- Sofa, chair, tile flooring, granite countertops, new mattresses, and much more!
- Twin bunkbeds and queen sleeper sofa
- Washer and dryer in unit
- Patio furniture

Resort planned kids and family activities all summer.

You can rent jet skis, take a banana boat ride, or parasail on property.

Electronic Touch Key Pad Entry...No need to keep up with a key down at the beach!

Wyndham's Emerald Beach Resort has bellhop service, valet service is available for a small fee, fitness center, Skybar on walkover, Starbucks, poolside tiki bar, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, resort planned daily activities, poolside gas grills, on property ice cream and pizza, & two game rooms.

Our unit is about one mile to Pier Park which boasts great restaurants & entertainment, fishing pier, The Grand Theater with 16 screens and an outdoor shopping mall.

Reservations are finalized only when payment is received. We have a first pay, first book policy.

We want you to relax and enjoy this home as your own. But for awareness, when paying through Vrbo up to a $300 damage fee can be charged to your card within 14 days of checkout if:

a. Damage has been done to the home or its contents (beyond normal wear and tear)
b. Items (including wristbands and remotes) are missing, lost, or damaged.
c. The oven, or any other part of the condo, has been left in a such a dirty condition that the line between 'use' and 'abuse' has been crossed.

There are live webcams broadcasting from Floridita pool above the game room entrance and the east end beach side walk over.

There is a $25 registration fee that is charged separately by the resort for registration and parking, which will be emailed to the guest upon booking.

The condo was clean and easy to get to. Staying on the 2nd floor was great so that you can use the stairs and not wait for the elevator. The included beach chairs was a really nice perk. We haf a great trip and will be back!

The view from this condo overlooking the Gulf is wonderful! Gorgeous sunsets. Condo was within a short drive of the Pier Park and great restaurants.

Nice Resort and Condo

This resort is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plenty of resort planned activities for the kids to keep them busy and resort pools and facilities were nice. Tara and Pete were very easy to communicate with and provided excellent information prior to our arrival on how to access the parking garage and condo. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

This condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. My husband and I were there to check out the panhandle area of Florida. It is on a beautiful beach, very comfortable to sit out on the deck. The condo itself had everything we needed, and was walking distance to several establishments if you choose to go out.

The Emerald Beach Resort is a very nice place to stay. All amenities we needed were included in the condo. Including a beautiful sunset view. We were there for a wedding at Runaway Island, which was walking distance from the resort. We just wished the bar at the resort didn’t close so early. We would definitely comeback.

We stay at Emerald Beach every year. This condo is very nice and the 2md floor location is very convenient. I feel like this condo had a little more personal touch than many others. Pete and Tara were quick to communicate and answer any questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Great Condo!

We stay at Emerald Beach Resort at least once a year so we are familiar with the facility and various condos at the resort. This condo is located on 2nd floor which make it easy to access using the steps of elevators. Pete and Tara were great to work with and responded quickly when we had a question. The condo was clean and comfortable and of course the views of Gulf are spectacular. We would absolutely stay at this condo again.

Great location and great hosts

The condo was very clean and up to date. The hosts sayed in contact with me and answered all my questions in a timely manor. The location of the condo within the building was excellent. We were on the second floor so we really only need the elevators to bring our stuff in when we arrived and take our belongs when it was time to leave. Overall our stay was great. I will be booking this particular unit when we decide to return to PCB

This was my 3rd year in a row to stay in your condo. As in the past 2 years, the condo was perfect for me. Really clean and furnished great in each room. Getting to the beach was a breeze and the two chairs that you provide waere right in front of the beach entrance for me. The balcony view was fantastic. Great view of beach and water. Sunset was a beautiful sight. Balcony was great for watche people watching also.

Resorts are not for me- not a fan of magical mazes to find my room

Getting to our property, was very hard. We weren't sent the codes in advance so we couldn't get in. There was no one to help with check-in, and going through mazes to find our room was just overwhelming. The few workers cleaning the bathroom gave ua direction but it was wrong. I love the Starbucks but redorts like that are just too much for us. Truly did not like it. The water was cool and crystal clear the first day, then nothing but algae from then on. When sitting in the beach chairs provided by the condo, i could touch the couple next to us. Wenwere all sitting on top of one another. Elevators dont work and you have to decipher which TYPE you're on- on that does only 3 floors or 22 floors, and not good directions to help either. They aren't together- Emerald or Windham. We got ao turned around and so did the workers because our room was on a magic hallway tucked away and we just started walking around randomly for more than an hour- literally having to take the luggage carrier down the escalators to get around because we couldnt fine our room. Found the hallway, then it was blockedwith a wall, so we had to go through another magical stairway to get to a hidden side and finally found it. Then we had another family come tell us that our room was their room and again no one to help with check-in. This was the first and last time we'll stay at a reaort.

A retired couple from Phoenix, AZ who went to Denver to spend some of their summer months, with hopes of spending some of their winters in Panama City Beach! Linda retired after being an RN for almost 37 years. Dennis owned his own company for almost 20. Tara, their daughter, and her husband Pete, live in Omaha and will be taking care of the property!

Why they chose this property

Dennis had wanted to find a beachfront property for years! It just took this long to get Linda out to Florida to see all it has to offer. They were so excited to find a 2nd floor unit that had everything they were looking for. They love Panama City Beach, the area attractions, food, and shopping!

What makes this property unique

It is wonderful being on the 2nd floor; being able to see, hear and smell the waves rolling in, as well as the morning birds in the dunes below the balcony.

The beach side pool, Tiki Bar and hot tub are on the west end of the resort, while the unit is on the east end, so our balcony is quiet and private.

The best part is taking advantage of the stairs on our hallway to get to the skywalk or down to the beach.
