Great cottage with best location within Beach Dreams ~ near pool!

This cottage will not disappoint! Cottage #127 in Ocean Mist is just one village away from the main pool allows you quick access to all of the amenities yet the quiet and privacy away from the high traffic area. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.

The porch has been finished off as a three season porch with double hung windows on all windows. There is a queen size futon that allows it to work as a third bedroom.

The owners have been investing a lot to keep this cottage upgraded. In 2021 they purchased a new large flatscreen TV in the living room and a new A/C. For the 2022 season they have installed a new washer/dryer, kitchen sink, toilet, new blinds in the 3 season porch, and have painted. This is the perfect cottage for your vacation!

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. It is a scheduled stop on the Wells Trolley line providing our owners and guests with the ability to travel Wells and its bordering towns with ease. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.
It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!

Cute little house in a great location. This was probably one of the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed in. It was a short drive to a beautiful beach and downtown Ogunquit for shopping and dinner.

Great Stay at Beach Dreams

Ocean Mist 127 is a nicely appointed cottage, fit the bill for our family. We made use of the three-season room and its futon for our teenage son. Loved that the cottage was close to the pool as we used that multiple times in the afternoon after beach time. Kathleen, the owner was great to work with as well! Definitely will be looking to take another trip to this area, one of our favorites and staying at Beach Dreams.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was a little tight for 5 people but it worked out just fine. Loved the pool and hot tub. The property is real nice to walk around in. We are going to stay in the complex again in September.

Good stay for a few days

The location was great for going to the beach and good seafood restaurants close by. Be prepared for a lot of traffic to get to these places and pay for parking almost everywhere, beaches, state parks. Good pool and hot tub. There are no sheets or towels provided so an additional cost for renting. The futon is more like the size of a double bed.

Great Little Cottage

We had a great time at the cottage. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a nice little getaway vacation. The cottage is set back from the others and close to the woods. A few little maintenance issues popped up and Kathleen was quick to respond and take care of them. We were there early in the season and the gate house/guest check-in issue was a bit wonky (had to go meet guests at the gate) and the kiddie pool was gross and full of standing water and bugs, but other then that the resort property is well maintained and great! Would definitely return to Beach Dreams next season.

OCEAN BREEZE COTTAGE

The cottage is warm and cozy packed with all the features and comforts of home. Everything you need, the cottage has is along with games and family videos. The location of the cottage is perfect for getting to the beaches and shopping in Southern Maine and a short drive to Portland. Ocean Breeze has many things available for use to include multiple pools, friendly staff and friendly people. Kathleen was very responsive to any and all calls to include assisting with directions. The area of Wells and surrounding towns is loaded with choices of food, beverages and stores. A great vacation location!

This property was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed to have a relaxing family trip. The location was amazing. Beautiful, quiet cottage community. Quick ride to Ogunquit Center, beaches, and Kennebunkport. The close proximity to Maine Diner was a bonus! (That place was amazing!)
