This villa features a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed. Additional accommodations include a comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room and a convenient bunk bed in the hallway, perfect for a small child.

Step out onto the balcony off the living room to enjoy breathtaking ocean vistas. Seaside Villa 224 also offers WiFi internet access to keep you connected throughout your stay.

Seaside Villas offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas is just a short walk from the vibrant Coligny Plaza. As an oceanfront property situated approximately 70 yards from the water, you'll have easy access to sun and surf.

The Perfect Week!

Our first trip to Hilton Head Island happened this week and we are so thrilled with the location, condo, community, and the beautiful views. Our condo was exactly what we expected and although we had a few snags with maintenance, the minor issues were resolved quickly and professionally! We cannot wait to come visit again soon!

Very nice remodeled oceanfront unit. As a former owner at SSV, I was impressed with the remodel and how much storage space was created. The unit never felt cluttered because everything could be hidden away. Many other thoughtful touches were included. This will be our “go-to” unit for our HHI getaways.

Great Oceanfront View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit, #224 has a fantastic view of the ocean & of the well-manicured lawn / dune areas; convenient walking distance to beach & pool. (We had notified office upon our arrival: (1) keyless entry did not work; had to use key instead. (2) And that one of the two balcony chairs was broken; extremely difficult to sit in. Maintenance staff came soon & repaired door lock to make it work. He also assured us that he would report the broken chair. (Hopefully, following renters were fortunate to be provided two useable ones.) The queen size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen area was efficient; but we did have to purchase k-cup pods for different kind of coffee maker than we use; had brought our ground coffee & filters instead. lol Reminder, bring toilet paper; brand provided is extremely thin! We bought our own. (And there is a remote control for the bathroom ceiling fan.) Location is great! Wonderful restaurants are close by, too. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation!

Listing is a bit deceiving. Definitely not a “1 bedroom”. Laundry is not in the unit. It’s down the hall and coin operated. We were given the wrong ???? Information at check in and didn’t get the correct info for 24 hours. Front doorLock wasn’t working properly. It was a key pad that didn’t always work. Toilet paper holderWas broken and held together by tape. Light over bathroom sink didn’t work. We called the after hours help line to help with ???? and front door lock and they weren’t much help. WeEmailed the property owner when we left and never heard back. We ended up leaving a day early.

Perfect Oceanside getaway

We had the perfect stay with an unobstructed ocean view. Loved seeing the red shouldered hawks just outside our balcony and the view of the sunrise and sunset were stunning. Steps from the beach. The place is beautiful and cozy and comfortable. Well designed and thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back!!! Loved it!!

Beautiful Oceanview

We opted for ocean view space rather than a few of the others available at Seasside . . . it was so worth it! Felt like we never left the beach. I will always remember dolphin watching off the balcony with my 12 year old son. The rooms were immaculate yet quite comfortable. Space was a little tight but more than adequate storage kept it from feeling too cramped and messy for the three of us. Neighborhood felt close to everything by car, bike or walking. The pools would be my only disappointment...at the front of the property and tucked in between the buildings rather than near the beach access. They are unheated so definitely didn't swim during our mid-March visit. The sign also said they closed at "sunset".

The few days we were away in Hilton Head during Christmas was so enjoyable. The view from the balcony of the sunsets and sunrises made the trip well worth it. The Unit was clean and very comfortable and we will plan on trying to stay in the same unit on our next trip to Hilton Head.
