Gourmet balcony next to the pool and garden equipped with barbecue, 4-burner gas stove, sink, large table with chairs and toilet.
Closed garage with automatic gate for 3 or 4 vehicles depending on the size.
Landscaped garden and large grassed area next to the pool and balcony.
The house has 3 suites, large living room with double height, kitchen, laundry area, restroom inside the house and another on the balcony.

Eu sou privilegiado por ter me hospedado nesta casa de arquitetura moderna e luxuosa, um verdadeiro paraíso escondido em Bertioga. Estive cercado pela serenidade da natureza, com o canto dos pássaros como trilha sonora e o aroma fresco das árvores ao seu redor, enquanto vagalumes iluminavam o quintal à noite.
Com piscina particular: É o lugar perfeito para relaxar e recarregar as energias.
Limpeza e Conforto: A casa é impecavelmente limpo e cheiroso. Os móveis são confortáveis, e a cozinha totalmente equipada permite que eu prepare minhas refeições com facilidade e Área da churrasqueira impecável com mesa grande.
Anfitriões disponíveis o tempo todo e super flexíveis. Espero voltar lá
