This great Chatham getaway has everything you are looking for. Immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with central air conditioning. Kick back in the fantastic screened sun porch. Cook a Cape Cod meal in the eat in kitchen with updated appliances, cabinets and counter tops. Comfort abounds in the living room with large sectional sofa and flat screen television with expanded cable and wireless internet access.

The master bedroom boasts a private bath with separate tub and shower. There are two additional bedrooms and a second bath as well. The open backyard is perfect for outdoor sports and yard games, washing off in the enclosed outdoor shower, cooking dinner on the gas grill and eating on the outdoor dining table with umbrella. This property is 6/10's of a mile to the Chatham Fish Pier-- watch the fishing boats come in and enjoy fresh seafood straight from the fish market. Perfection!

This is a super well located, super clean property that has everything you need for a great week at the beach! We loved it so much we re rented it for another week later in the month on our third day there. Can’t wait to go back!
