Cozy Eagle Creek retreat

Beautiful 3 bedroom open concept ranch in a quiet community near Eagle Creek park and minutes away from the Indy 500 race track. The master suite includes a large bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in closet. The other shared full bathroom is conveniently located between two bedrooms. The spacious great room has vaulted ceilings and a built in entertainment center. The eat in kitchen dining area extends into the sunroom which leads to the outside deck. You will not be disappointed with the accommodations this home has to offer!

(Please note the basement unit has a separate entry and is tenant occupied. Parties are ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED.)

Everything was very nice, very exceptional and felt safe. I did however overlook that there were tenants living in lower quarters of the home, which made us very aware of the sounds we could be causing to be disruptive, along with our 2 and 4 year old grandsons running back and forth on hardwood floors. My mistake in not reading everything throughly, because it was disclosed.

The house was beautiful and very well kept, in a very nice neighborhood. Love all the amenities. Especially loved the luxurious master suite. Highly recommend if you're staying in the Indy area!

We were in town for college graduation. This was a great option for our family -- very large master suite, other nice bedrooms, and incredibly spacious common space (open concept living room, kitchen, dining room, sun room). We were so comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Everything was top-notch and super-clean. Highly recommended.

Perfect for Family

We were in town for a family wedding and this property worked great for us! The property is in a nice neighborhood and only minutes from the wedding venue. The owner offered a few extras that we greatly appreciated. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

From booking to check out everything was as described. Great location and easy to get to. Very clean and well decorated. Never saw or heard from the person staying in the basement.

Our stay was lovely. The only mishap was it snowed the day we arrived and the owner never shoveled the ice and snow off the steps and walkway.
