it is a private house with newly renovated 5 rooms and a shower and a separate toilet, have out-door BBQ and dining area and smoking area, it is close to 7 beaches and main commercial street Bulcock street, Aldi, Coles, IGA, Woolworth 4 supermarkets are next door, we are few hundreds of meters away from the main street, it is a super convenience place in the center of the Caloundra, donot miss it!

excellent location with few hundreds of metres away from the Bulcock street and Bulcock beach! Sunday market is on every Sundays! all the 4 supermarkets are nearby! few hundreds of metres away from the swimming pool, tennis court, golf club and botanical garden! RSL and Boling club just next door! and more and more!

lots of fresh organic fruit trees are all over the garden when the right season comes and all the fresh organic fruits are ready to eat! when the loyal guests come back next time, we always have a surprise for them!
