As you enter this luxury 19th floor penthouse unit at Beach Colony East, you will feel all your stress dissolve. This breathtaking three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse condo provides stunning panoramic gulf views as well as contemporary, beach-chic décor and tile flooring throughout. Start your day with coffee on the large balcony, hopefully spotting some dolphins passing by. End your day with plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy time together after a full day on the beach.
The living room features a large flat screen TV and DVD player combo. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and bar seating. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably and offers two rollaway beds for extra sleeping, accommodating a total of 8. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, on-suite bath with a walk-in shower and large tub, and direct access to the balcony. Both guest rooms feature a king size bed. One has an on-suite bath with tub/shower combo, and the other has direct access to the bath off the hall that has a walk-in shower, which could easily be made into an on-suite bath if desired. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Beach Colony Resort features the largest pool on Navarre Beach, a fitness center, tennis court, and grills on the grounds. Penthouse Perfection!

Great place for family getaway. We had three generations stay in this condo. Plenty of space on the balcony for watching the surf and beautiful beaches. Condo is well appointed and perfect for a worry-free vacation.

Heaven on the beach

Our stay in this condo was perfect! It has a beautiful, clean and comfortable interior. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are very clean. The exceptional balcony with breathtaking views and comfortable furniture is worth every penny. We watched dolphins every morning, sunrises, sunsets and enjoyed lounging on the balcony every day. The beach is gorgeous, easy to get to and not too crowded. Wonderful pool area. Parking and elevator was fast and easy. Conveniently located to everything you need in town. We can’t wait to return to this beach condo dream spot!

Great Accomadations

I was happy with the shape of the kitchen. All the pans, dishes and appliances worked, were organized and clean. Very often places we have rented the kitchen has been nasty. We would love to return.
