Rented this cabin for a fishing trip, great location amd the view was amazing. Cabin had plenty of room and the kitchen was a really good size with all the amenities! Love that it had Direct TV, and the wifi was also very good.

The location is perfect, great view of Pikes Peak! Beautiful lot, peaceful. The home was great, lots of sleeping space & everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.Location great, we went white rafting on the gorge, hiking at Garden of the Gods & hiking at Pike National park. We also played at 11 mile national park - highly recommend, close to the cabin & absolutely beautiful with lots of adventures!Most impressive were the hosts, the best experience I have had with VRBO rental! Responsive & super friendly! Definitely recommend & we hope to come back.

Family Vacation in Colorado

The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 8. The kids loved playing outside, while my husband and I sat on the porch and watched the deer and birds. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. Washer and dryer were a plus! Kitchen was well stocked and we felt completely at home!

Exactly why we needed

The cabin and property was great! Loved the e covered deck which made it great for sitting outside even during the rain. The chairs on the side of the cabin were great for a little peace and quiet. The loft bed was a great escape from the kids and had a great view of the mountains and was great for just watching the rain. There were some rocks that the kids liked jumping off of, the kitchen was stocked with food and water which was a great surprise. We have already discussed coming back next summer!

Best rental we’ve been to so far, the host has everything in the property that you could need. We had our own personal things just in case (pillows, blankets, toiletries, etc.) because we’ve had bad experiences at other rentals. Other than that, property was very clean and organized. Cabin was located up the mountain, we had an amazing view, very quiet area, and the weather was amazing! Didn’t miss Texas weather at all. Will definitely rent again if I come back to Colorado.

Charming cabin outside Florissant

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom + loft cabin. The cabin would sleep 10, but the common space would be better for a smaller group. We were delighted to find 9, pre-filled bird feeders on the back deck and saw many varieties of birds that are new to us Nebraska dwellers. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. The kitchen and bathrooms were both well-stocked. We used the laundry and most kitchen appliances, and everything worked great. The heated bathroom floor in the primary bath was great given the chilly morning temps. Beware! Don't trust your Waze app! Ask the property managers if you have questions. The property managers texted with us several times and were great to work with.

Great place to stay down dirt roads with wonderful view of distant mountains. Bonfire, star gazing remote but handy to fossil beds, Cripple Creek and Mueller State Park.

Our Greatest Trip to Anyplace, Ever

Exactly as advertised but better. We felt as if a family left their home with us and gave us the run of it. Everything we needed or could think of was there, clean, and at our disposal: blow up mattresses, a telescope to look at the stars, condiments, charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, and anything we would have at our own house. It is so quiet and peaceful and was worth the long drive to get there. I don't know what wildlife was outside at night but it sounded big and the comfortable bed was a better option than getting up to investigate what it was. The heated bathroom floor is a nice touch too. I can't wait to go back!

Solid 10/10. The only thing that could be better was the cleanliness as we had to wash our sheets upon arrival after inspection. However, the washer and dryer were readily available in the home so we weren’t that bothered and would definitely not have it affect the 5 star rating. I need to first encourage all future renters to go outside in complete darkness and look at the stars. It is literally breathtaking. Stars at almost 9k elevation will make you speechless. The cabin is spacious and can sleep quite a few. There’s a great back and front yard with a fire pit. Stunning Mountain Views! It’s about 45 min from Colorado Springs. Super close to hiking in the Florissant Fossil Beds. Owners are very quick to respond. I could go on and on, this place is AMAZING!!
