We want our guests to arrive safely and healthy and leave the exact same way they came. We pride ourselves on providing a wonderful experience to everyone that stays.

This one bedroom ground floor villa boasts everything you will need to make it your home away from home. You can choose to take part in all Orlando has to offer or just relax and enjoy all the amenities the neighborhood encompasses. The pool area has splashpad for kids, adult pool and hot tub. We are a gated family friendly community with walmart and Target nearby along with many, many other shops and restaurants including a Tanger outlets.

This fully furnished unit features 1 king bedroom, 1 full large spacious bathroom along with 2 sofabeds in the living room, 1 of which has a brand new memory foam mattress and the other has an old fashion spring mattress so you users can select their preference of comfort. The bedroom features large walk-in closet with plenty of storage space and is equipped with a built-in safe for you to lock your valuables up at your convenience. Both the bedroom and living room feature flat screen tvs equipped with cable for your viewing pleasure or you have the option to bring your own Netflix or Hulu account and stream using the in home free WIFI.

We have a full size kitchen fit to meet all of your meal preparation needs as it is equipped with granite counter tops, spacious cabinets and all the modern appliances of home that you would need to have a relaxing and pleasurable stay including refrigerator, freezer, blender, microwave, full size oven, coffee maker, stove top burners, dish washer, toaster, iron & board, cooking utensils, tableware and silverware. There is also a large dining room table that seats 4 and a breakfast bar that seats two and we've even taken the liberty of including a few spices for you should you choose to cook-in

There is a full size washer/dryer at your disposal for all your clothes cleaning needs and we also have a cozy outdoor patio with palm tree views that is adjacent to the neighborhood lake for you to partake in sunny Florida outdoor living. No matter if you're staying 3 nights or 30+ nights, we're certain that this space will be able to meet all of your needs and even exceed your expectations in many areas.

We provide extra pillows, blankets, linens, and plenty of towels and washcloths. To get our guests started we provide complimentary hotel style soap, shampoo and extra toilet tissue in the bathroom. In the kitchen we provide a roll of paper towels, diswasher tabs, and a small bottle of dish soap.

Nice property

This is our second year at Runaway Beach. We love it here. It's in a great location. Close to shopping and attractions. Josh was great to work with and was quick to respond to any of our concerns. The tv and washer stopped, but they were replaced in a timely manor. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back to Runaway Beach.

Excellent Kissimee Based Disney Vacation Retreat

This beautiful condo is excellent, very spacious and all of the conforts of your own home. Very comfotable sleeping accomodations. Just a short drive from all of the Disney attractions. Also centrally located to other Florida locations and beaches both on the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. In addition, the pools at the MD Runaway resort are beautiful as well. Kids & adult pools were heated. Great outdoor cabanna bar too! Highly recommend this property, plan to stay here again on a return furure trip to the Orlando area.

Best place EVER!

We travel a lot and are Annual Disney Pass holders. #1. This unit was clean and with no damage inside. We visit several places (Marco Island, Sanibel Island, Hilton Head Island,as well as other areas around Walt Disney World.) #2. Most convenient to and from Disney Parks. I’d recommend getting a SunPass for toll roads and use them. Osceola Parkway is just outside the entrance of the resort and just 7 minutes to Disney with few if any stops or traffic. You can also get around the toll, but it’s well worth the open road to and from the parks using the toll road. #3. Convenience to a local Walmart. It’s literally within a few blocks. However in saying that, the resort is nestled in a quiet place, and you’ll not feel congested at all. #4. We stayed in the lower unit. You will hear people above you sometimes. Above us there was a little one that cried a couple of times but the noise was faint and not long lasting. No late night noise or any traffic noise. 5. We will stay there again for sure! My only hesitation in making this review is that too many other people will reserve it! 6. The owners are responsive immediately and provide good service.

Exactly what we were looking for.

Our stay was great. Nice bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. It is a super close drive to Disney and any shopping you might want to do. Property managers are easy to get ahold of if you need anything and are very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Feb and March 2020 Stay

We spent 4 weeks at Josh and Kim's place. The place was as advertised. We especially liked the outdoor seating area and the close proximity to the lake and pool. The Runaway Beach Club pool was outstanding and the grounds keeping was immaculate. Josh was very responsive to questions and any issues that we had. We would recommend renting from Josh and Kim.

It's a nice townhome in a great location! I did have to ask for check-in info as it was not sent to me. Also, be prepared to purchase TP if you're staying longer than a few days - we only had a partial roll and no extra was provided. Still, I would book here again

Our stay in Kissimmee was "as expected". Our spacious condo was suitable for my wife and I as it had one bedroom with a king bed. The location was quiet and close to major attractions. A nearby Walmart allowed us to stock the fridge for our breakfast and lunch. We went out for dinner every night and there was always a decent restaurant available in our travels. Golf courses are nearby and we managed to play 6 rounds in our 11 day stay. Golf is expensive in the Orlando area!

The location and easyiness to setp was great but actual place needs more attention:

Issues: 1. Place needs thorough cleaning grit on bathroom floor, fan ibn living room was dirty, AC area filthy. 2. Advertising a litlle miss leading grill is small park like grill about 18" X 10 " no way to cover. saying it sleeps 6 is a joke two pull out matress's that are terrible to sleep on does not qualify. 3. Preparation - Sheets are old and do not fit pull out sofa, no coffee maker, very limited utensils. 4. We were not able to reach anyone with issues or concerns. 5. The stay could have been very good if instead of pull out sofa had futtons, place was claened better and you had someone to call in the area.

Luxury 5 STAR Clean & Close To All Disney Amenities Condo

What a Great Clean & Comfortable Condo…. My husband and I visit Disney World and the Tampa area often and this condo is “AAAA”. Any time you vacation at a condo, it’s the owners’ attention to detail that makes it just a little more pleasurable. Indoor and out was super clean and the décor was pleasing to the eye and all was spotless clean. I enjoyed the flat screen TV in the living room, as good or better than at home, plus there was a nice flat screen in the bedroom too. Everything you need was anticipated from the extra pillows and blankets to a perfect set of kitchen utensils, including the fridge. We usually eat out once a day and prepared the rest of our meals at the condo. Everything was magnificent including the appliances. You have choices when you’re renting a condo and if you are having trouble making up your mind, you won’t go wrong with this one since it’s kept like new.

The good: 1) GREAT location---close to everything! 2) AWESOME pools & hot tub---clean; inviting; huge---never feels crowded; 3) can share amenities of neighboring property, which also had awesome pools (with slides); 4) Condo VERY comfortable---had 1 bedroom w/ pullout sofas in living room---perfect for 1 adult & 1 child; 5) cost VERY reasonable; 6) gated community The not so good: 1) Could never find anyone in resort office----could never get info or questions answered---had to go to neighboring resort to ask questions; 2) Cleaning needs to improve---upon entry on 1st day, found 2 dead worms in entry way & ring of scum in toilet, which cleaned immediately with toilet brush; 3) owner a bit snarky when 1st told him TV in bedroom didn't work---a day later, he had a friend come fix it, but picture ended up snowy again; 4) walls pretty thin---very noisy people upstairs from us; 5) pool bar never open

Softball Tournament Trip

To begin with. Had a trouble checking in . The management company put a new system in place and the keys were not there at check in . Had to stay at Hampton next door. However the owner apologized and played for the hotel and we checked in first thing in the morning with no problems . the owner Roco was great during this process and reimbursed the money quickly for the hotel. The unit itself is clean nicely equipped and convienent to everything . Pool area was nice and great after hot days . Would stay here again ..great price .nice place!!

My wife & I rented this unit for the month of Feb., 2012. Listing was exactly as advertised & couldn't have been better for our needs. We're retired & found the unit, and resort, spacious, clean & very well maintained. All Disney & Universal attraction are within minutes. Publix, Walmart, malls, restaurants all very close by. Great jumping off point for day trips to most anywhere in central FL. We corresponded with the owner by e-mail & phone & they were very responsive to our inquiries and requests. Would highly recommend this unit to other couples or families of four. If possible we will be returning in 2013.

This condo rental exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully furnished and maintained so spotless just like new. Our children loved the private home like Disney feel and the 2 pools. The location is fantastic! It is handy to all theme parks since it is located right off the I-4. It is great for groceries (Wal-Mart is right across the street). I spent a wounderful week at this condo with my family. Not only was the place amazing, well decorated, extremely clean, it was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner was extremely informative and made the process of booking and arriving go very smoothly. I will definitely be coming back to Runaway Beach Club Condo Unit 104 Building 6 and will be contacting the owner again so we can stay here again. Thanks again and I will definitely be recommending your condo to others. Thanks again so much !

A Beautiful Property This Condo Was Awesome I will Go Back !!!

This condo was immaculate and so tasteful everything was perfect. We, also, loved the pools and club house. It was so close to Disney World and a lot of other HOT attractions. The condo was beautiful and seemed larger than the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped and clean. Nice area for walks by the lagoon. Pools were very clean. Nothing weird or unexpected, a real delight. Nice view from porch of the beautiful palm trees. I'd certainly go back for a quiet week and take a ride to the local beaches.

Best Place In Disney To Stay Ever We Can't Wait To Go Back ....

We enjoyed your condo like no other. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be searching for opportunities to return. Although our time was short, we did manage to go to the parks every day of the 3 that we had there - small rain, and lots of sunshine were our companions. Our evenings were spent racing to the great shops in so close to the condo, so that we could start dinner and relax in the hot tub and on your porch while there was still daylight. The view of the lagoon was one of the highlights along with the basketball court. Our intention was always to go "out on the town" for dinner but by the time we got back to our condo, we couldn't pull ourselves away from your condo and the comfort like being at home it provided us. We were lacking for nothing and, again, so appreciate your sharing your treasure with us.

Condo Exceed Our Expectations !!! Great Place For A Family & Made Our Family Dream Come True

The condo itself is exactly as it's images and description says. It was extremely spacious for 4 people to stay very comfortably. There was a home from home feel which was down to the care and attention to detail given by the owner. The owner was particularly lovely, and there on the end of the phone if something was needed - excellent customer service. Ideal location just across the street from Walmart, a clean relaxing adult & kid pool and hot tub, within baeutifully maintained surroundings. It's so easy to travel to and frm the Orlando airport along with all the Disney World attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, Beaches and Golf Courses. We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone considering a wounderful relaxing carefree vacation.

BEST DISNEY WORLD VACATION EVER OUR FAMILY HAD SO MUCH FUN & MADE MEMORIES FOR A LIFETIME

This 5- STAR condo was ready for us and very well equipped! Everything we could have imagined that we need was right there for us. The condo location was fabulous and all amenities were just as described by the owner within steps away. View was amazing of the lagoon from the porch. If we were to visit the Disney area again, we would certainly rent from this owner we golfed a few times minutes from the areas top golf courses.

Clean, Comfortable And Convenient Truly First Class

This condo was conveniently located to the parks. Parking space located just outside door made packing a breeze. No steps or elevators to deal with. The property was well kept and the community is gated so there is little traffic in community. The unit was large for a one bedroom and had very modern decor. Pool area was a short walk away and had a nice hot tub and children's swim area. The BEST Condo I have ever stayed in A+ All Around.

We're Josh & Kim Davis and we reside and work in Charlotte, North Carolina. We enjoy traveling around the world, but one of our favorite and most frequently visited getaways is the Orlando area. We go every year as often as we can to visit the world class theme parks in the area. In 2016, we took our first trip together to Disney World in which we had the opportunity to stay in a villa at Runaway Beach Club Resort and it truly felt like home away from home. We fell in love with the community so much that 3 years later we decided to purchase our very own unit there. We know vacationing can be expensive (especially with anything related to "Disney"), so we try to keep the cost of renting our Villa reasonable so that all walks of life have the opportunity to experience this wonderful area. We know once you stay here and experience this oasis you won't want to leave.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property (and we believe you should as well) because of the privacy that accompanies it versus being stuffed up in a one thousand room hotel with hundreds/thousands of other guests. We love the ability to just "get away" from it all and settle in to a very private, tight knit/close community with resort style amenities and key west style villas.
