Ground floor: lounge dining room with TV, kitchen, bedroom (160 bed), all rooms opening onto an interior courtyard not overlooked, facing South - South West, with Weber barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, small garden shed.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 160cm bed and small sofa with TV DVD- bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with WC.
For parking facilities, a parking space is reserved for you (included in the rental) (Port car park 50m from the house).

A super property with all the facilities you require and in a excellent location in the centre of the town and a couple of minute's walk from the port. Great support from owners - an excellent property. Thoroughly recommend!

Cocon charmant idéalement situé

Habitués de l’Ile depuis de nombreuses années, cet une des meilleures locations que nous ayons connu. Une extension à cette ancienne maison de pêcheur, reliée par une cuisine lumineuse offre une chambre, une salle de bain et des commodités un peu à l’écart de la partie principale de la maison : séjour, chambres et salle de bain. La cour intérieure, à l’abri des regards, offre la possibilité de profiter du soleil. Les trésors de la Flotte sont à 1 minute trente de marche. Si vous souhaitez aller plus loin, le parking souterrain à 3 minute est parfait lui aussi. Bref, si vous voulez une belle expérience rethaise, c’est ici qu’il faut aller.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen und großen Ärgernissen

Sehr schönes gut gelegenes und großes Haus mit schönem Innenhof. Überkomplett ausgestattet, für sechs Personen aber knapp bemessen(waren zu zweit). Nicht alles richtig sauber(Küche, -utensilien, Dusche) Laut Fewo-Angeboi: "Wäsche wird gestellt-Handtücher vorhanden".; vor Ort werden dann 50.- für eine knappe Garnitur für 14 Tage / Person verlangt. Bei der Abrechnung gab es darüber einen hässlichen Streit Zitat Gastgeber: Mich interessiert nicht, was im deutschen Angebot steht; lese ich nicht. Wir werden sicher nicht mehr buchen, hatten auf der Ile de Oleran ein wesentlich besseres Haus und Angebot!

Cher monsieur. Nous avons échangé par mail avant votre arrivée et vous étiez d'accord pour régler le linge. Lors de votre arrivée, vous avez refuser de régler celui-ci. Je ne vous ai pas du tout dit que je ne m'intéressait pas à l'offre en allemand, je vous ai seulement indiqué que je n'avais pas accès à l'annonce sur le site allemand. Il est bien spécifié dans différents endroits de l'annonce que le ligne est fourni sur demande avec supplément. J'ai depuis changé le descriptif pour que cela soit plus clair. Au niveau de la propreté, je ne peux être responsable de la vaisselle sale laissée par de précédents locataires, notre conciergerie ne peut vérifier les couverts ou assiettes une par une. Au niveau de la douche, j'ai fait remonter votre remarque à notre conciergerie, car en effet, cela n'est pas admissible. Quand à la taille de la maison, elle fait environ 100 m2, tout le descriptif est sur le site et c'est la première fois qu'on me fait une remarque sur sa taille. Cordialement

un petit Paradis

c'est une maison charmante extremement bien décorée et sans ostentation, la cuisine sur le petit patio est un régal pleine de luminosité et extremement bien équipée. Tout est bien. La proximité du port, du marché, l'aire de jeux face à la mer.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage.

Wir waren in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus für zwei Wochen zu Gast. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und man kann in wenigen Minuten den Hafen, den Markt, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine hervorragende Bäckerei erreichen. Über den reservierten Parkplatz im fußläufig gelegenen Parkhaus haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern und der Verwaltungsfirma war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses ließen keine Wünsche offen. Ganz begeistert waren wir auch von dem Innenhof und seiner Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein fantastisches Haus in einem wunderschönen Ort

Wir durften eine Woche in diesem fantastischen Ferienhaus verbringen, das unseren Erwartungen mehr als entsprach. Die Anordnung der hervorragend eingerichteten Räume um einen schönen Innenhof herum sorgt für ein angenehmes Klima, und man kann durch die großzügige Ausstattung der Küche das Inselleben so richtig genießen. Hervorzuheben ist neben dem guten Kontakt zu den Besitzern die professionelle und zuverlässige Verwaltung. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Maison idéale

Cette maison située au centre de La Flotte est tout à fait superbe, et bien mieux que sur les photos. Elle dégage un bien être et on y est bien quand on y est. Très prêt du centre proche des plages, c'est l'emplacement idéal. La maison est très bien équipée "comme à la maison". A ne pas manquer.

Very well equipped, lots of character and a brilliant location.

A lovely house with a good courtyard, great for barbecues. All mod cons, choice of coffee makers and a dishwasher. The photos do not do it justice. There is very convenient and secure parking for one car. The only negative was the towel/linen hire which we felt was expensive considering what we had already paid for the rental and the towels were of poor quality. As we where arriving after the shops had closed we asked if we could have a pint if milk put in the fridge as we had a baby with us. At the end of the holiday the agent charged us for the pint of milk, which we felt was mean considering we had paid £1800 for the weeks rental. Nevertheless La Flotte is a wonderful location for a holiday and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

Nous avons adoré cette maison et nous avons prévu d'y retourner l'été prochain. Tout peut être fait à pied, prestataire sur place très sympatique, calme alors qu'on est en plain centre du village. Place de parking réservée au parking tout proche. Merci

Une maison très agréable, très joliment décorée. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Tout peut être fait à pied, accès au marché, au centre de la Flotte, au port, sur le bord de mer. Cuisine très bien équipée, on trouve tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Un plus: les propriétaires ont choisi de laisser à disposition des denrées non périssables, à remplacer quand on a fini, c'est très pratique, cela évite de racheter inutilement des choses.

un havre de paix en plein centre de la Flotte !

Décorée avec beaucoup de gout dans un style purement rétais. Cette maison est idéalement placée à 2 pas de la plage, du marché, du port...la propreté est irréprochable. On sent que les propriétaires ont envie de faire partager leur amour pour cette ile et mettent un point d'honneur à ce que nous passions un excellent séjour. Une adresse à retenir !
