Enjoy the recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house sleeps 8 , located at the beautiful Hampton beach NH area . On site parking space . Master bedroom suite includes King size bed, walk in closet private bath . Large living room with a comfortable sectional couch. Large modern eat in kitchen . 2 bedrooms upstairs with two beds in each room share a bathroom on the first floor. Very clean . Pets allowed .

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Log out of TV Apps
Trash and recycling are placed in barrels located in the driveway
Double-check for personal items under beds and in drawers
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House needs to be kept clean,all dishes left clean,put away at end of your stay,no smoking no parties,responsible for your own snow removal.
The REAR deck area is for OWNER'S private use only. Additional guests $50 for each , for each night.
Log out of all apps on tv clean dirty dishes dry and put away dirty bed linens and towels in shower stall Trash and recycling into bkue/green barrel

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because of its location to just about everything you would like to do at a beach vacation destination which is all within walking distance and also just far away enough from the crowded boardwalk to enjoy some peace and quiet if you so desire sitting outdoors by the fire pit having a meal and cocktails with family and friends.

What makes this property unique

It has been updated over the past few years and I continue to add to its renewal each year to make it more comfortable , private , relaxing and peaceful as possible.
