The unit features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom has a comfortable King bed, while the second bedroom offers two Twin beds. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, perfect after a full day at the beach, by the pool, or exploring the Riviera Maya.

Magnificent and relaxing.

Breathtaking view. Condo is nicely appointed. Security is outstanding. The beach is clean and has loungers with umbrellas. Sports rentals and classes just 2 minute walk away and the owner is amazing. Will definitely go back.

Our oceanfront stay in Mareazul

Reviewer Comments: Our recent vacation with family was amazing and the oceanfront condo exceeded our expectations from the cleanliness, to layout, TV/streaming options, and the unforgettable view from our large balcony to the outstanding amenities on the resort compound. The pool was the largest pool we've ever seen and was kept very clean. The beachside cafe breakfast and lunch were amazing as well as the on site restaurant. There we no concerns with security and had no issues. Also to get downtown Playa Del Carmen for dinner/shopping was only a 10 minute drive and easy to access. I am already recommending this condo to our friends and extended family. Finally a special thanks to our concierge who we met in parking lot who assisted us on how to get to one of our local excursions for the day. All in all the best vacation property, location, and eagerness to support every need!

What a place!! Look no further, if you want to see this view every day. The facilities are all first class, close to everything. Monica is a great hostess, really caring that everything is going well and lots of recommendations. My only complaint is the cost of taxi’s at this complex. Taxi company has a monopoly on this resort, it appears to be the same at all resorts.

Mareazul Resort was great! Staff was very professional and helpful on each of my needs while staying here. felt very safe here with there higheten security, stayed on the North Penthouse overlooking beach and it was breathtaking!!! steps from beach, private beach was a plus. enjoyed not having crowded areas. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you want to have a more private relaxing stay .
