1/1 in one of the best spots in Atlanta. Steps from Piedmont Park/beltline,botanical,museum, colony square ,W and Lowes hotels,marta, bars,restaurants, and a very walk-able area. Take the Marta from the Airport and walk. Parking space available on request. There is a bike share right outside ,at the entrance to the park. 3 apts in the bldg if your dates are not available- the building is a quiet, 100 years old ,(no elevators) apt is renovated. smart tv.

The space
This is a vintage building, built in 1920, with modern updates. Ground floor apt with tall ceilings, 10 windows, refinished hardwood floors,granite walls, queen bed ,new kitchen and bathroom . Also have 2 other apts, in the building available

Guest access

Everything in the unit. Coin operatered 1.25 washer dryer on site . Dedicated Internet . I have cable tv in the apt . There is a smart tv for streaming. There is also a studio available in the building with a queen bed.

The check-in was very efficient and the room was just as listed. It was excellent for the price and well furnished. The checkout instructions were also very simple and not demanding. Big fan of the property and the location! We took the Marta from the airport and an uber back to it (about 40). The owner was very communicative and available for us need be.

Property manager was responsive, timely, and accommodating. Apartment was cute and as listed, easy to access, and in a great location. Parking was tight but well explained. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place in midtown

Shelley’s little apt in midtown suited us perfectly! We were just in town for a night and wanted to see the High Museum of Art, which is a short walk from the the apt. The place had all the necessary amenities plus a few little extras in the kitchen. It was great to have a little parking spot for our Prius too! We would definitely stay again on any future visit!
