Welcome to our spectacular Penthouse with a Rooftop Terrace! Enjoy the stunning ocean views from the comfort of your own private oasis. Located just steps away from world-class surfing, this is the perfect vacation destination for adventure seekers and beach lovers alike.

Take a dip in the community infinity pool or relax on the balcony with a drink in hand. The unit also features A/C throughout and plenty of outdoor seating for soaking up the sunshine. Inside, you`ll find two spacious bedrooms (with a king and queen bed), a full bathroom, and an outdoor shower for those post-beach rinse offs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, and the living area comes with cable and WiFi for your entertainment.

As a guest, you`ll have access to gated entry and community laundry facilities. The property is located in the Puntas neighborhood of Rincon, just above Sandy Beach and within walking distance of surfing, dining, and shopping.

We understand the importance of a worry-free vacation, so we have a backup generator on the property to ensure your comfort in the event of a power outage. We are always just a phone call or message away for any of your needs or questions.

During your stay, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy, such as surfing, paddleboarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, and sail charters. You can also check out the local Farmer`s Market every Sunday and Artwalk every Thursday.

Please note that only a starter supply of essentials is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish-washing liquid, and soap), and guests must purchase additional supplies if needed. Jennifer was very responsive when I let her know about a few things. Beds were very comfortable. Air worked well. Good location, safe. Kitchen light only had two of the 5 light bulbs. (They said they needed to replace fixture). Note on bathroom saying not to flush toilet paper.

Very cool spot, close to Sandy Beach and awesome rooftop terrace!

We had a wonderful time at this villa! It is in a perfect location to walk to Sandy beach, amazing rooftop terrace and perfect space for our family of 4. Great pool, property was super clean and quiet. We will definitely stay again!

Slice of happiness

We loved our stay! This was our second time in Rincon but first using VRBO here. The location was perfect, tucked away from the main road, but just a short walk to the beach. We loved that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear and other items. The pool was great for after the beach and the balcony and rooftop were great for enjoying your morning coffee. We look forward to returning!

Great Location

Surfing and a few restaurants were a quick walk away. It helped to have a car, since there were no stores nearby. The pool was nice, and the property was well-kept.

The property was well maintained, spacious, and had plenty of amenities including beach chairs and some basic snorkel gear. The outdoor spaces were a major plus and the pool is a nice fallback if the surf at the nearby beaches gets too rough. We hope to be back again!

This place did not disappoint my family! The view was a wonderful way to wake up every morning we was there! Short walk to the beach, nice pool with view of the ocean! Being a gated we felt safe! We will definitely be returning and staying here again! I highly recommend it!

Love this spot!

I’ve stayed here twice now, always a great options when coming to rincon. Good location, easy to walk to dinner, drinks or surfing. Great views, love the top deck. Clean, easy and comfortable. Love this place! The host is super helpful and nice. Great price for a good spot.

What a wonderful stay! Location is superb, the view from the patio is magical. Comfortable condo with comfy bed(s) (we only used one room). Very private. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. (Someone commented about the hill being difficult, we found the stairs in the back!). So close to everything in Roncon, Aguada, Aguadilla, we rarely had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to anything. Every time we returned it felt like "coming home:. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy to get around. Needs some TLC, shower head clogged, oven didn’t work, bathroom and front door drag on floor. Rooftop deck was not as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great surf location

Great location but the unit definitely needs some updates/care. Outdoor shower was cold water only, kitchen had cabinets off hinges, indoor shower water was luke warm and very dated. Additionally, unit does not supply a cooler nor beach chairs which is a bummer. BUT, overall, the location was ideal and it served our surfing purpose to tool around.

Second stay at this property

This was my second stay at this property. First stay went well without issue. My second stay didn’t go as well. Upon arrival the entrance to the apartment was filled with ants both outside the front door and inside the front door. We tried to alleviate that problem but it was persistent. Then after just a few minutes in the apartment the water cut off. We reached out to management but they weren’t very helpful. The problem was never resolved. We spent the stay without access to water. So no showers, no toilet. I know the area is prone to water issues but other residents in the building had water so it wasn’t a city issue, it was an issue specific to our apartment. Management offered us a 15% refund which I thought was pretty ridiculous considering how important running water is to a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, a tropical storm hit Puerto Rico just a week before your arrival, severely affecting water services across the entire community. Thousands of people, not just this unit, were without water due to the storm's impact. We understand how frustrating this was, and as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a free night. It’s unfortunate that these extraordinary circumstances led to a negative experience, but we hope you can understand that the situation was beyond our control.

Great stay, minor updates needed

Location is great. A short walk down the hill to Sandy Beach and all of Rincon within a short drive. Communication with property manager was very prompt. We had a mix up with housekeeping as they prepped the incorrect room prior to our stay. Our call was answered and room service came out within the hour! While we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied, there are items that need updating. - overall deep cleaning of the appartment is needed. No dish or hand towels. Could have been because of the mix up with the room number and cleaning crew. - our King bed had no fitted sheet, just a standard sheet wrapped on the mattress with no top sheet. - clothespins for the clothes line on the roof top terrace would help for keeping items on in the wind. - the front door locks on both sides with the key. No other method of unlocking it. Even leaving the key in the door on the inside is still a bit scarey with children. If something happened this would hamper the ability to get out in a hurry and there is the possibility of locking someone inside the appartment. - Be aware of the steepness of the driveway. A sedan would most likely bottom out making the transition. This is not unique to this site as we saw it throughout the neighborhood. - we did not see any fire alarms or fire extinguishers. We are not finicky customers, so other then the security related items, this did not impede or stay, but a "discerning" guest might find this off putting. Again, property manager was always avail.

We loved the location, and spectacular ocean views from condo. However, online pictures of the unit are outdated, no grill on site or hammock, also the balcony umbrella was destroyed- huge eye soar for pictures. Overall, the place is comfortable and clean. Loved the roof top lounge area for sun bathing and sunsets.

Beautiful view.

Nice property with a fantastic view. The condo is not new but it has been cared for fairly well. The outdoor furniture is a bit rusty but useable. Could have used an extra set of sheets. We had to buy toilet paper and soap. The swimming pool is very pretty, not heated and covered by shade from 1pm on. The neighborhood is fantastic. A couple of really fun and nice bars and restaurants in walking distance if you are fit, as there is an extremely steep hill to climb coming back.
