Summary:
Located just minutes to the beach, the main street precinct of Victor Harbor, local shops, Cafes and restaurants the location is simply perfect. A neat and tidy two bedroom retreat offering the ideal getaway for couples or families.

The Space:
The property features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, it’s exceptionally neat and furnished in character with the home. The large rear yard includes fire pit (not available during fire ban) and is safe and secure. The home includes a large front living room complete with LCD TV, comfy lounges and polished timber floors.
Throughout the home the timber floors create a sense of homeliness and lead into the two bedrooms, both offering queen beds. The main bathroom has been fully renovated and offers large shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is the original but don’t underestimate its functionality with everything you need to prepare a meal anytime of the day including a Nespresso compatible coffee machine.

The second bathroom is also the laundry and offers shower and separate toilet. Other items on offer include outdoor table and chairs under the rear porch and BBQ. The owners are happy to offer their home up to pet lovers by negotiation, but strictly not on furnishings and if possible to remain outside.

The property was listed as two bathrooms when in actual fact it was one bathroom with a laundry with shower and toilet. Basically the house is a work in progress that should be highlited in the property description prior to guests renting the house

Little diamond

Had the best time in this great little house with our group of 4 friends. Everything has been thought of and the gas fireplace is amazing. Great location to walk everywhere.

Lovely home base for a holiday

We enjoyed our stay, the house felt like home, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable beds, lovely new bathroom and cosy lounge room with an awesome gas heater. We loved the DVD collection and watched a few movies together as a family. Fantastic location, an easy walk to the centre of town, the beach and Granite Island.
