Gorgeous old style cottage. Such picturesque surrounding. Kitchen is very small but the rest of the cottage is roomy. Pet friendly. Large grassed area for dogs but area not fully enclosed so pets need to be trained or on a lead.
We had a great time exploring Mintaro from our pet friendly miners cottage.Peppertree cottage had a warm cozy bed, clean linen and surrounds with bread, milk, and orange juice left for us along with a nice bottle of Mr Micks Riesling. No gas on arrival, but the bottles are around the back near the BBQ!!Stump and Magpie was very pet accommodating too and the meal at Uppside restaurant in Penwortham was exceptional, and also very pet friendly. So many wineries we missed out on, so we'll be happily returning one day and gladly stay in Peppertree again, maybe with family staying at Tickles at the same time.
The cottage was located surrounded by paddocks with green crops and sheep. The front and back yard had beautiful green grass and trees with plenty of bird life. A great spot to relax and unwind. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable beds. They left a delicious loaf of bread with butter and orange juice upon our arrival, quite a few thoughtful things found around the house. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be coming back again!
Gorgeous cozy cottage. Perfect for a girls weekend or a family getaway.
Traditional touches and very peaceful setting.
Everything you need is right there just bring the wine and cheese.
A really comfortable property with lots of charm. One of our favourite places during our visit to SA. It’s super close to the main street of Mintaro but it feels private and peaceful.
Wonderful atmosphere, comfy beds, great hot water supply for rural accomodation, and so close to all the attractions. Mintaro is a delightful village with very special attractions of maze and Martindale Hall. The wood fire was a treat and kept the cottage cosy throughout. Great stay with our family and dog
Peppertree was perfect accommodation for our groom & groomsmen and having both Peppertree & Tickle in such close proximity worked extremely well for our needs. Would highly recommend for a getaway with friends and family.
Quaint and clean. 10 yo son was happy there was internet - he didnt expect it due to being an old cottage! Love the woodfire and the beds were very comfortable.
Had a great weekend in the Clare Valley staying at the Peppertree cottage in Mintaro. Fire was on when we arrived and were welcomed by that warm cottage feel. Would recommend and stay again
Lovely little cottage in a beautiful part of the valley.
Guests are best advised to bring breakfast supplies, as there is only a limited range on offer, but the cottage itself is gorgeous and very comfortable.
