Great Location for a Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for my husband and I. 10-15 minute walk to the beach, quiet area, and we loved the ease of being able to walk to nearby restaurants. If we come back to Virginia Beach next year, we will definitely stay here again.

This location was truly amazing.

This was a perfect location for me and my fiancé because it was close to the beach and 15 min from the base. It was super quite and it is a good size for 2 people. We had to checkout a bit later than 10am but Arica the host made it work for us. Over all I would stay in any of there condos again.

Anniversary vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Aricas property. Place was very clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Perfect location for the beach and boardwalk. We will be back again next year.

Everything was great except for the minut device. You constantly thought your privacy was being invaded.

The Minut device doesn’t allow us to hear or listen in on anything, it just ensures that the decibels don’t go over a certain level, notifies me if the temperature changes drastically, or if there is any moisture detected. I apologize that you were uneasy about it being there. I can send you the link if you’d like so you can actually see what it’s purpose is and you won’t feel uncomfortable in the event your next rental has one :) Virginia Beach has very strict rules for short term rentals so we have no choice but to monitor the noise level to be sure it stays within an acceptable decibel. Week at Virginia Beach

We had such a wonderful stay at Arica's property. From the start the checking process was simple and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Also, the room was spotless along entering and smelled amazing! We loved everything about it to the full shower to kitchen! Also it close beach access made it perfect for a quick bike ride. 10/10 would stay again!
