LenRose Cottage is a lovely, three-bedroom, waterfront property overlooking Brackley Bay in Brackley Beach PEI. The cottage is conveniently located about a kilometre from the National Park Beaches that PEI is famous for, and yet is only 15 minutes to Charlottetown and Cavendish. The cottage is located on a large, private lot with magnificent views of the water and dunes. Kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding can all be done right from the cottage which is only steps from the water. Lots of yard space for the kids to play
Our cottage is licensed, rated and inspected by the government of PEI Tourism Department and is listed on the government tourism site for your piece of mind. Our water is tested. License Number: 2200610. Maximum occupancy is 5 people including children and infants.
We do not accept any online bookings until we speak with you directly first please. This is because we may be in correspondence with another group at the same time as your booking comes in. Please use the "contact host" button and contact us before you click "request a booking", and please provide me with the "ages of each" member of your party please.
The cottage is well equipped and includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, linens, towels, and AC/heat pump, a three season sunroom,, outdoor firepit, TV, full bathroom with shower/tub, plus an additional second shower enclosed outdoors.
Unfortunately our property is not suitable for parties, weddings etc because we want to be respectful to our neighbours . Len and I are retired teachers and live on PEI near the cottage, so we are easily accessible to accommodate all your needs. Some of the pictures are not up to date. For instance, we have added two wing back chairs in the sitting area as you come into the cottage, we have added a AC/heat pump which keeps the place cool and comfortable on the hot days and provides additional heat in the off season. In the three season room, we have added a livingroom loveseat and some additional chairs. There is now a railing around the cottage and steps facing the water. Family getaway felt like being home

A beautiful cottage on a beautiful island bay.

Many thanks to Rosemary and Len for providing us with a wonderful PEI cottage, we had a truly amazing holiday. Its tasteful decor is very comfortable and exactly how a bayside home should feel. It's exceptionally clean and well equipped and even has a complimentary National Park Pass which is very thoughtful. The central location is perfect making it very easy to visit all sides of the island. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting PEI, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful, private property. Very close to Brackley beach, lots of biking trails. Our new favorite spot in PEI! Owners are wonderful, checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were perfect.

Family vacation

This cottage was the perfect spot for our first family vacation to PEI. Location was great for visiting many sites on the island, and was the best for relaxing at the beginning and end of the day. Len and Rose were available if needed and very helpful. The place was very well equipped, comfortable and spotless. We would love to come back again.

Charming Cottage

Our stay in PEI was perfect! The cottage had more than enough space for our family of three. It was close to plenty of activities, unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the lovely porch, as it was raining and chilly during our time on the island. Len & Rosemary are excellent hosts - 100% recommend to anyone looking for a charming cottage on the water.

The only place to stay on brackley bay

Wonderful cottage. Great location. Explore the island or just relax and enjoy the bay view. See bald eagles and herons on the shoreline from the deck or the living room window. The cottsge is bright, clean, spacious and has everything you need. Tbe kitchen is very well equipped. Len and rosemary are the best hosts. Hope to return. This is a the best plsce to stay.

Beautiful Cottage!

The cottage was absolutely pristine and had everything and more that any guest could need. So many towels! The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and dinner/serving ware. Rosemary and Len were such informative and gracious hosts! All of this was fantastic, but the best thing about staying here was the gorgeous views. We spent many peaceful hours just sitting on the deck, gazing at the water, and watching the birds. On our last day there, a Bald Eagle flew right over us!! It is a magical place where you can relax, and reconnect with nature. And on top of all that, it is very close to Cavendish and Charlottetown. It was absolutely the perfect cottage for our stay in PEI! Thank you Rosemary and Len!

We love PEI more than anywhere and we enjoy sharing it with our new and returning guests. We have been involved in vacation rentals for over 20 years. Len and I purchased LenRose Cottage in the year 2000. We bought it for its private and tranquil waterfront location. We treasure every moment we spend here with family and friends.
