We are pleased to offer a pet friendly environment and ask that guests respect the following restrictions! Travellers must inform the host if travelling with pets upon booking. A fee applies per pet maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Sorry no puppies allowed, only potty trained pets to avoid damaging the concrete floors. Thank You!

Amazing place, great location, super clean. Great for a short trip or a long haul. Beds were super comfortable, check in was easy. Drinks and food downstairs were super top notch. I'll definitely be trying to book this every time I visit Nelson.
The host was very accommodating and responsive; communication was easy and stress-free. Parking is around the corner, so unloading and loading felt a bit like a strategic workout, but the host gave us a helpful heads-up about this and some great tips ahead of time. The flat itself (Unit B) was very clean, trendy, and well equipped. Excellent location - walking distance to pretty much everything! We also enjoyed the restaurant below and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Overall, a great stay - would happily return.
Great place right on Baker Street in the middle of downtown. You can park your car and forget it as everything is walkable from here. Great beds, lots of room, minimal noise from the restaurant below, not an issue at all.
Modern decor and skylights make this loft a very bright and comfortable place. If you are on a working vacation this loft has the most robust WIFI in Nelson.
Would definitely stay here again.
Spent a few days in Nelson with family from England. We all loved the condo! Beautifully decorated. Host was very accomodating and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend
Absolutely wonderful stay. Chad was a brilliant and sympathetic host who was generous and super nice to communicate with. Visit the Broken Hill Restaurant on the street levels below the apartments. It has some of the best smoked meats going around. The apartments are warm and cosy with very nice amenities. We will be back to Nelson and will be sure to try to stay at the Broken Hill apartments again - they were that nice.
The flat is located above a restaurant. The music and ventilation from this restaurant, as well as the ventilation from the restaurant opposite, are not suitable for people who are sensitive to noise.

Thanks for staying with us. We’ve had hundreds of folks stay in the unit, first time anyone mentioned the ventilation as a concern. I’ll look into it and see if we can better direct ours away from the patio.
Fully Outfitted with high end decorations and amenities. No elevators. Have to be OK with stairs. Nearby parking garage , not included but only 8 a day and convenient. So much available right outside your door.

We stayed in BH Flats A for three nights and enjoyed the accommodations so much that we booked another three nights in BH Flats B. Chad our host went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth and as accommodating as possible and exceeded our expectations. BH flats B is a wonderful designer flat and has a well stocked, high end kitchen, very comfortable beds, and clean, lovely bathrooms. As the temperature was 30 degrees and above it was very welcoming to come back to a cool, airy space.

The noise from the bar below went on pretty late every night & there was always a homeless person or two right outside the front door. Other than that Unit B was cute & fitted our needs. Could of used a second set of towels, even though there was a washer & dryer. & extra blankets.
We loved staying at this amazing unit! The unit is located right in the heart of Nelson. It was so easy to walk to shops & restaurants. The unit is located at the rear of the building, so there was no noticeable noise. The unit is very spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve stayed in other places that look like they’ve been furnished with mismatched hand me downs, or garage sale finds. This is not like that at all. The finishings and furnishings are lovely. The parking space is a bit of a schlep, but there’s a loading zone right in front of the building, which makes unpacking & packing up the vehicle much easier. We would definitely try to book again if we find ourselves in Nelson.
We spent 3 nights in Flat “B”. It’s location and amenities make it a Winner if you want to be close to everything on Baker Street. The King bed is so comfortable, wow! Didn’t use the second bedroom, can’t comment on that bed but I’m sure it’s super comfy too. Tons of closet space and the kitchen was well-stocked. Very clean unit, would definitely book again! Easy communication with Property Manager.
The property was exactly as it appears in the listing. The condo is great. It was clean and we had no issues at all. We are very familiar with Nelson and this location was great. The included parking stall was perfect.
Fantastic accommodations, perfect for our little family. Much quieter then we expected with the restaurant underneath and also where apartment was situated. Would definitely refer to anyone and everyone.
Only problem we had was, not the best parking situation for a larger vehicle. Mind you, we had a pickup with a truck box camper on it so to be expected.
