We have found this house to be one of the best to stay in in Seaside. Our group has stayed there five times (at least) and each time has been terrific. Never has there been a more well-appointed house. Everything you want is available to use, and the kitchen is simply a dream. Barron and Jance are wonderful hosts and very responsive. We had a small issue with the hot water and texted our hosts; the issue was cleared up within thirty minutes. We would love to stay here again and again.

Very well supplied, so well in fact spend time looking for items (many labeled drawers and cabinets) since we knew it had to be there somewhere! Had everything we needed and was nice that everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. Easy walk to the beach and nice off street parking for 5 vehicles. Dinning table large enough for the group so it was nice to all be seated together. Even had a second refrigerator which was nice. Clean and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay.

Nice Beach Weekend

All ten of us (5 couples) meet twice a year around the northwest. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The communication with the owner was excellent before and during our stay. A great place with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and only a couple of blocks to the beach.

Of the 10 visits to Seaside, this 6/6 house is the best. Great rooms for 6 adults or 6 couples. All rooms have their own BR. The kitchen is a chef’s delight very well equipped. The location is lovely because it’s quieter toward the ends of the town but easy access to Broad street and the beach. I highly recommend it.

Nice home

Nice, large, (kind of) funky and fun home. We had plenty of room for 10 family members. Hosts were easy to reach and were very accommodating. Neighborhood was nice. Great kitchen, close to shopping, restaurants and beach. We would like to stay again.

This I the perfect house location for a beach vacation. 2 blocks away is beach access with a long walkway to the sand - great for pulling a toddler wagon. We went crabbing off the 12th St bridge which is 2 blocks the other direction. The house has everything you might need from umbrellas to beach towels. It’s very well maintained and the gourmet kitchen is fabulous. The bedrooms are all en suite and well furnished. Ample parking provided. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We hope to stay at Summer House again!

Loved Our Week at the Beach

A great property with lots of room for families. 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large dining room, kitchen/family room, sitting room, deck,hot tub and a block to the beach. A short walk along the beachfront promenade takes you to downtown Seaside. A great place to visit!

Best stay in Seaside, Oregon!

Don’t pass on this house! It has everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed. The house was spotless and spacious for 8 adults. We enjoyed all the extra amenities it offers. The patio out back was perfection and a great spot to unwind or drink your coffee.

Anniversary Celebration with family

The house was perfect for our needs. There were three couples and three teenage children. Everyone had their own space and the dining area was large enough for us to gather for meals. The proximity to the handicapped beach access was nice as my husband had recent knee replacement. The promenade walkway into town was close and great for morning and evening walks. We would love to stay there again.
