3 bedroom townhouse located at the Links Lady Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the balcony admiring the ocean views and finish your night with a family bbq or pop into the Links Lady Bay Bar and Restaurant while watching the sun set.
All living is located upstairs with a lock-up garage on the ground floor.
Open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. 3 bedrooms comprise of 1 king-size bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a pull-out mattress, with a double sofa bed located in the living room.
All bedrooms have built-in robes and ceiling fans, the main bathroom with shower, bath and vanity area, laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Absolute ideal location for a hot summer holiday. Enjoy a family bbq, and get away from all the hustle and bustle of city living. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine.

Amazing Views

Our family ( of 4 generations) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sea, golf course and sunset views. It was lovely to see all the kangaroos from the balcony. The house had all that we needed to cook with, and was a short drive to the beach and to the new cafe/Surf Club.

Great family holiday

Tickys Dream holiday house has amazing coastal views. The house is set up for very young children to grandparents. Toys, games, books for all! This house has everything that our extended family needed to enjoy a relaxing 2 weeks at the peaceful township of Normanville. Would highly recommend!

Great location but house needs a little love.

The house is in a fantastic location but unfortunately the house is very rundown and not very clean. On arrival there was an overpowering smell of bleach but that’s where it ends. The house was very dusty and all the furniture and a lot of the kitchen items very dirty. The house just needs a lot of love.
