Gulf View Home - Private Pool!

The Gulf View Home is one of our Closest Homes to the Beach without being directly beachfront! There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a nice living room and a large game room! The Gulf View Home can sleep up to 12 guests (Maximum Guests 14 allowed)!

This home features its own Large Heated Private in-ground swimming pool (Pool Heated for additional Fee). The fenced in backyard has plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the pool for. Everyone will enjoy the Large Heated Private Swimming Pool. Kick back and relax in your own private hammock under the palm trees and enjoy a good book or just take a nap, island style. The large outdoor dining table set has seating. How about some grilled Mahi, Fresh Gulf Shrimp or Burgers? Yes, cook all you like on the large charcoal briquette BBQ.

Inside the home we are you will enjoy the private Game Room containing a Billiards – Pool Table, Arcade Size Air Hockey and a Foosball table as well as a nice LCD / LED style TV.

Dining in several places at the Gulf View Home. There is a large dining table that can seat up to TEN people. Additional small breakfast table is located in the kitchen overlooking the swimming pool.

High Speed internet and WIFI available.


The Gulf View Home is located only 500 feet to the beach! This home is within walking distance to the new Pier Park shopping center and amphitheater which hosts several concerts and festivals. Walking distance to the City Fishing Pier and Frank Brown Sports Complex & Aquatic Center (tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails and a huge playground)

The house was in good location. Enjoyed it but could use some up dating. One of the bedrooms was very hot from evening sun . The game room was fun for the family. Over all we had a good time and would stay there again.

Everything was great. Pool was nice. Could see the gulf from the living room and second bedroom. Walking distance to the beach maybe 3-5 min. Walking distance to Pier park was a mile away but an easy nice walk. Plenty of space in the house for a large family. Game room great and pool is awesome. There is construction next door but it’s not horrible.

Big Family Vacation

It was a great location, check in was the easiest. Plenary of room felt like home. The pool was a big hit for our teenage boys. Walking distance to the beach, gas station , McDonalds and Surf Star store. Would love to stay there again.

The foutons in the game room were not very comfortable. Also would like a dresser or something to put clothes in. There was sheets in the washer when we got there. Loved the pool and the games for the kids. Ocean was just about the right distance away. Over all it was nice. Thank you

Your typical rental house. House across the street isn't there anymore, so you can see the ocean from the house! About a 2 min walk over to the beach. We will be back.

Perfect experience for teens wanting to be away from parents! Enjoyed the amenities in the yard and enjoyed the soundproofing around the game room for teens to be able to hang out! Great stay! Highly recommended! Will be back!!

Short walk to beach and the Sandbar, great pool and hot tub and game room. Ben was very responsive with any questions. Master bed is very squeaky but comfortable. Thanks for a great week!

We totally enjoyed our stay we had for 7 days. We did have an issue with not having the Queen air mattress but it was resolved the same day we got there with a delivery from Target that was delivered to us. Ben’s Beach Homes is definitely a wonderful place to stay, and look forward to next time.

Best Place in Panama City Beach

We loved the privacy and how close we were to everything. Very convenient for everyone to walk to the beach, McDonald's, or Arby's. The private pool and fenced in backyard was awesome. No rowdy neighbors and the street is very quiet. We'll be back in 2024!

Nice place. Definitely would stay here again. Only downside is the game room is not good at all. Pool table is shot and air hockey table isn’t really useable. Everything else was wonderful
