A swimming pool and hot tub make these units a reasonable vacation spot for the budget minded. Three stories with balconies, no elevator. This complex requires a wristbands at a cost of $25 for anyone over the age of 10 for the month of March. This unit is listed for sale. Lots of things to do on the island, shopping, fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature & Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure Park, Gravity Adventure Park, The Stables, Coastal Studies Lab, and more!! Non refundable pet fee of $75 required (maximum weight 25 pounds) STR PERMIT #2023-0229

Convenient location.

Short walk to the beach. Low budget location. Several permanent residents. Disrespectful loud people all hours of the night. Out dated furnishings and not enough for a family of five...one sofa and one very uncomfortable chair in the living room. Locks on doors not working properly. For the most part, enjoyed the stay since we needed a vacation but probably won't stay there again.
