Welcome to Villa ChristyLe! This Gulf Access 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom saltwater electric heated-pool home is perfect for your family getaway. It is in the coveted SE area of Cape Coral with quick boat access to the river, 25 minutes away from Fort Myers Airport and just 5 minutes away from dining and shopping centers.

Living Room: You will find a pool table to the left through the front door, ready to use for hours of fun. This vacation home offers modern furnishings. The white leather sectional provides seating to watch your favorite shows or enjoy the view outside.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The bright and fully updated kitchen comes features stainless steel appliances equipped with anything you could need! A breakfast bar includes extra seating for two, perfect for a quick lunch or snack. The dining room provides seating for six, which has an excellent view of the pool.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: You won't find a retreat more serene than in the master bedroom, which is very spacious and offers a king-sized bed and even a has a poolside view. Leave the sliders ajar at night to allow for the soft breeze to lull you to sleep from the lanai. The en-suite master bathroom offers a relaxing soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and Jack-and-Jill sinks.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Villa ChristyLe's first guest bedroom is cozy and quiet with a King-sized bed. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids, featuring two twin beds and a TV. This room will provide children with plenty of entertainment. Both guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which offers a tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity.

Pool/Lanai: You can relax on the lovely lanai by opening the full-length sliding doors in the dining room, which will no doubt be where you spend most of your time. The electric-heated pool is already calling your name! A sitting and dining area is right beside the pool and will seat four. Two additional sun loungers are available, which gives you plenty of space to work on your Florida tan.

We enjoyed our stay

We would given it a 5 but had a few things that needed fixing. (Ice and water dispenser in fridge, toilet seat in master bath master bath bathtub)

Very nice

Property was nice, clean. Some of the areas in the home need a little TLC but didn’t take away from the overall beauty of the home. Very easy to talk to property management! We had an absolutely amazing time.

Good for a quiet stay

The neighborhood was very quiet and the property was nice and had good amenities (the pool table was great as was the pool) but was missing a few key items (Like TV’s in all the bedrooms, a 10-12 cup coffee maker which we bought and left there and clean grill grates). Also, this is a suburban location so you’ll need to drive 30-60 minutes if you want to access any activities other than restaurants or the movie theater. Overall a good experience.
