We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge. The house was a few blocks away from Main Street, so we were able to walk around town. We drove and parked by the gondola to ski. The house is well equipped, and we enjoyed the private hot tub. There is a main floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms and one bath are upstairs. Being an old home, the stairs are quite steep. Great parking in front of the house.
Felt very welcoming and comfortable, the fans in each room was fantastic for those who love to have white noise while they sleep. The Jacuzzi was great and overall everyone staying loved the home.Thank you to the host.
The home was perfect for myself and my family. I felt the property could have been a bit cleaner, especially the outdoor area.

Loved our stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this home during peak fall colors in Breck this year! This adorable mountain cottage came with everything we needed and was in the perfect location for easy access to town and trails. The back porch was adorable and we loved the stove fireplace that heated the home. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very convenient to Main Street and only a short drive to ski parking. There is designated parking right in front of the house, making it very easy to unload and load. Everything in the house functions well, except the heating in one of the upstairs bedrooms was not entirely up to par. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Breckenridge.
Great home in the heart of Breckenridge. Has plenty of sleeping rooms/beds for multiple families. House was clean and welcoming. I will say the staircase to the 2nd floor is very very steep. Overall, great stay at a great property.

Mediocre
The house was clean and conveniently located for walking to town but It definitely needs some love and attention.
Bathroom sink drains need to be cleaned. Kitchen equipment (small wares) lacking quality, knives very dull etc. Icemaker and stove light not working. Other than these small matters the unit was great
The place is in a great location just a few blocks off Main Street. The property can accommodate 10 people, but it would be crowded! There are 4 bedrooms, however 3 are up some pretty steep narrow stairs. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to bathroom and the other bedroom, which is a little funky. The walls are all slanted so you end up hitting your head, especially in the bathroom. If you can’t maneuver steps well, do not stay here! The stairs are narrow and almost like climbing a ladder. Two of the three bathrooms are on the main level and only one bathroom upstairs where there are 3 bedrooms. It could use a little loving attention. For instance, if you close the bathroom door off the kitchen, you get locked in… also one of the barstools needs screws and tightening in order to be safe. This all being said, it totally served our purpose and we did enjoy our stay!

Hi Rochelle, we're glad you enjoyed the location and your overall stay! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We have reached out to the Property Manager to immediately repair the bathroom door and barstool. To provide guest comfort, on the listing we have since made a change to reduce the maximum occupancy to eight guests. Since we started renting the property, the floor plan and stairs have been unchanged and we've been producing many positive reviews. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
I was so excited to stay in town, especially at a place with a private hot tub. However, this place falls below an average short term rental. The kitchen floors were greasy to the touch. The rugs and runners were dirty. The kitchen lacked any really utensils. It’s as if they went to the dollar store to furnish the kitchen. No potato masher. The vegetable peeler was bent useless. Lots of plastic utensils. The spatulas and utensils were melted. The pots and pans were warped. If you wanted to cook on the stove you had to use high heat as the pots and pans didn’t sit evenly on the burners. The toaster oven was a hazard. You’d go to open the door and the handle would pop off. Common things you’d find in a a hotel were missing, such as facial tissue. The hot tub had a smashed panel on the outside. One of the blowers in the hot tub did not work which led half the jets to be subpar. Additionally, they didn’t use any type of ice melt on the front walkway or the back patio where the hot tub is located. Really hazardous if you think about it. As previous reviews have mentioned, the stairs are steep. The house does not provide a a baby gate, so bring your own. I had to follow up twice with the property manager to get the hot tub filled as the water level was below the jets when we got here.
My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this property for our ski trip. It is walking distance to the gondola. We did the walk in our ski boots and carried our poles and skis (about a 10-15 minute walk). There is a little mud room in the back to leave your snowy boots and equipment so you don't track snow through the house. I thought there was plenty of space for boots, skis and snow gear for the 6 of us. There is also a nice washer and dryer to keep your clothes and towels clean and dry (but bring your own detergent!). The kitchen has just about everything. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. I only wish we had a can opener, a sturdier cutting board and sharper knives. We made breakfast and dinner every day and did fine. You'll need your own oil, butter, salt/pepper, condiments, etc. There is a large, comfortable couch and large dining room table that seats 6 people comfortably. There was also a large TV that was great for watching the Super Bowl. After skiing, we used the hot tub. It fits 4 comfortably and works great! Jets are good, and it stays hot with the cover off (even with the outside temp in the teens). There is also a heated walkway from the house to the hot tub, so you don't have to walk through the snow on your way. The showers were all great, and there was plenty of hot water. There are also plenty of towels to go around. The beds are all very comfortable, and the linens are nice. The downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom and has good privacy. The upstairs is a little less private. The bedroom with the twin beds opens to the stairs, and there is a full bath downstairs off the kitchen for this room. The bedroom with the full beds opens up to a bathroom, and you have to walk through that bathroom to get to the bedroom with the queen bed. So, there is no way out of the bedroom with the queen bed without passing through the bathroom. It's not a terrible thing, but it does requires a little coordination if the upstairs guests need privacy in the bathroom. The stairs are very steep (almost like climbing up a ladder)! There are a few nice nooks with windows that are great for reading a book and relaxing. The property manager was very responsive. When we arrived, we needed help with the thermostat and one of the bedroom doors was locked. He arrived at the house promptly to address our issues. Overall, my friends and I had a terrific time and we plan to stay at this property again when we come back to Breck to ski!

Ski trip Breckenridge February 2026
The home is in a very convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions. The upstairs features three bedrooms with sloped ceilings that give the space character. Communication was handled through the property manager, and while responses varied, the hot tub issue was resolved after several days. Bedding comfort may come down to personal preference, and future guests should be aware that the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are quite steep.
We stayed here for a long weekend on Feb 2022 and had a great time. It could not have been easier. The location is about 4 blocks off of Main Street making it walkable to everything in town. The walk to the gondola, lift 9 or 4 pm run were a little far but definitely doable. The rest of the house was as advertised. I’d definitely recommend!
everything was clean and comfortable. only negative was that i couldn’t tell from the pictures but u had to go thru one bedroom and bath to get to another bedroom. very steep stairs. needs to be disclosed. otherwise nice

Breckenridge House close to town with hot tub
The house has plenty of space including a great living room. We comfortably slept 8 and could have done more. Conveniently located - just a short walk to downtown Breck. Easy check in. Hot tub is great feature. Guests need to bring their own laundry detergent and trash bags, and limited amount of bath towels in house. Stairs are very steep. Would stay here again
