Fishing trip

We had a great time at this property. My son could not quit playing ping pong. The host had very good communication with us. Would stay here again for sure.

Great property

This is a great property. Peaceful neighborhood stocked home all you need is groceries. Very short walk to the fishing dock. The teenage boys enjoyed and the game room.

Clean, safe home in wonderful area

3 friends and I stayed here for a weekend. This was the perfect place for us. I would definitely consider coming back and bringing my husband and 2 kids if we are back in the Granbury area. Check in and check out was a breeze, great communication with the host, clean home, great and safe location with a very friendly community - everyone waved and said hello . Within walking distance to a dock - had picnic tables and we sat out there enjoying the views. The kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms worked great with perfect water pressure and temp, covered parking for our vehicle.the game room was awesome! We had fun lounging and playing cards, but kids would have a blast in this space. Less than 10 min drive from downtown. Highly recommend !

Great property

This property was great! We did have a few problems but were easy to over look as the manager and owner were quick to make it better as soon as possible. We had a plumbing issue while we stayed but they fixed us up quickly with little snags. They were VERY accommodating and where even willing to put us up in their B&B if we had liked. The couch did have a urine smell that you could get a whiff of every now and then but again I easily over looked it bc it was such a nice house and great location. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this house! We played darts and had a ping pong tournament, enjoyed the fishing and the outdoor grill, and all the the surrounding towns had to offer. All in all a fantastic stay.

Clean, Close to Granbury

We stayed here for our annual girl's trip. The house was very clean with bright colors. It was just the right size for our group. The yard was well maintained. The location is close to Granbury just a short drive into town. We did not use the community park, but we did drive by, and it looked very well kept. The only thing is the hot water is not very hot. The temp on the water heater may need to be adjusted. Overall nice place to stay,

Nice House

The property was very clean & welcoming. The only drawback was that the hot water was not hot even when we were instructed to let it run a while. The shower in the front bathroom didn’t operate properly, so all of us had to use the shower in the garage/bonus room. Also the 2 towel racks in the front bathroom came out of the wall during the first hour of our stay.

4th of july Getaway

The home is adorable. The furniture is very comfortable. We loved the garage game room, and both porches. We had easy access to the local boat ramp and picnic area. Got a kick out of the neighbor's duck. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the house. The only issue we had was operator error in the bathroom, my daughter had to show me how to turn on the hot water in the shower. My first shower was cold, so they made fun of me the rest of the stay.

This lovely Place will put a smile on your face even on a cloudy day. The decor is fabulous, the house is immaculate and the game room is the biggest Plus feature. Great communication with owner. Hope to stay again sometime.

This home had everything we needed for our weekend away and would be great for a longer stay as well. We appreciated the coffee so much and the well-stocked kitchen as well. The property is very well maintained and the home was very clean on arrival. Loved the bright and warm decor. A great place to stay near the lake!

Great place, very clean!

We booked this place for our 39th anniversary. Great home! Very colorful and festive! Nice neighborhood near the lake. This was our first time to visit Granbury, and picked the perfect place to stay. Very relaxing trip. Would definitely recommend this listing for a large family. Plenty of room.

Great stay!

Great comfortable and cozy cottage in a lovely neighborhood near the lake! Really helpful, friendly property owner. Nice small touches. We loved watching movies on the flat screen tvs and the kids enjoyed playing the games (including ping pong in the upgraded garage). It felt like a home away from home. Short walk to the private park will give you lake access.

Cute little house near the lake

Once we located this house; the rest was a breeze!! The owner was very friendly; and easy to get ahold of, prior to our trip. The check-in/ out process was easy. Upon arrival to the house, we found it to be extremely clean, and well-stocked with essentials for each room. The house was exactly as pictured, and the experience was exactly as we hoped it would be. I encourage anyone that rents any property, to chat with the owner first to be sure you get a good feel for the experience you are going to have - really, it made all the difference for the owner to be personable! I highly recommend this house for anyone that needs a quiet get-away in Granbury. Perfect for small families, and small groups.
