Welcome to Tequila Sunrise located in the desirable Savona Pkwy E area of Cape Coral. Minutes away from shopping, restaurants, shops, as well as easy access to Fort Myers. The properyt features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a nice size living room with flat panel TV. There is also a separate area which has been set up as a game room with Foosball Table and high top chairs. The kitchen overlooks the pool area and swimming pool. From the formal dining room one can enjoy unobstructed views of the lanai and swimming pool. The swimming pool is electrically heated and features a spa as well as a swimming pool. Enjoy the sun on the large pool deck or have a relaxing time watching sports or a movie on the outdoor lounge.

Everything you need at your finger tips

Lovely pool/hot tub combination. Enjoyed eating breakfast poolside, watching the morning new. Great restaurants close by. Just what we needed!

We moved the twin recliners so they faced the tv during our stay Axel was a sheer pleasure to work with. Venessa was also helpful and quickly got back to us

The only tip I would provide is that leaving extra garbage bags for guests who stay a week would be helpful. We bought a box of kitchen garbage bags and hope they remain in the home for future guests. Leaving no extra garbage bags just seemed to me to me be an oversight.
