Very spacious newly built mobile home with two bedrooms, Kitchen, sitting Room, Dining space and two toilets with all amenities. The large room has one double bed and a single bed with an attached Bathroom. Other room has a double bed. It has a nice Deck on the back side through the patio door. You have enough space to park vehicles. Night Sky is perfect for stargazing. 5-minute drive to Foodland at Northbrook. Closed to Bon Echo Park and many lakes for fishing and other activities.

Gorgeous place

Loved the pollinator gardens and got so many pictures of monarchs here. The little lake beach nearby was gorgeous for swimming and the grocery store is a quick drive. Beautiful place and would love to go back.

Cottage close to Bon Echo

Convenient trailer cottage within a 10 minute drive to Bon Echo Provincial Park. Clean and ready to use amenities. Good campfire facilities. Very private and easily accessible to highway 41. Foodland within 10 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay.

Wish we were told that the dishwasher was not operable and that the washing machine was off limits to guests prior to booking.

Unfortunately the dish washer become out of order couple days ago. Washing machine can be used. Only mentioned it is mainly for host's use.it didn't say that guest can't use. Could have checked with us.

Small home but a great price

The house was as advertised on the listing. A/C worked very well. Internet was spotty at best. The house could use a deep cleaning and some basic supplies (soap, dishwasher detergent- bring your own)

Great stay near Bon Echo

We had an amazing time here! Everything we needed was provided the first day we arrived. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owner. It's only a 5 minute drive away from Bon Echo where we went canoeing with the entire family, which we enjoyed a lot. It's also conveniently located 5 minutes away from Foodland. All in all a great stay - we would definitely come back again!

Decent stay

Close to Bon Echo beach which was perfect and what we wanted. The A/C worked perfectly, but the fans were dusty and the overall cottage could use a deep cleaning. The living room area lacked comfortable seating and there was no TV. Wifi was cutting in and out, and there was minimal propane left in the BBQ. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the area. Bathrooms were clean, beds were fine, and the backyard Deck was nice to sit out on. For the price we paid and for how expensive the area can be, it was fine.

The hosts were very attentive, kind-hearted, and very responsive to several unexpected problems with appliances and plumbing issues that occurred during our 30 day stay. While, the beds were extremely comfortable the living room lacked comfortable furniture, a T.V., internet, and phone services. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we certainly recommend staying there despite the listed deficits.

It was nice to had both Debbie and Gary for one month stay at our cottage. They communicated regularly and when ever any issue came up. We rectified them to their satisfaction. They kept the place clean and tidy and treated it as their own home. Due to lack of internet services in the area, we could not provide TV and other facilities but soon they will be provided when Star Link service come to our area. We applied for the service two years back and they are promising to connect this year. Happy to receive their honest review which help us to further improve our services. Thanks.

The property is cute and in a great locations but the wifi didn't work at night and we had constant issues trying to watch a movie. And when you have a teenager, he doesn't exactly want to play board games all the time as there in no TV or DVD player. Beds were really firm and didn't have a lot of give to them. The living room furniture was actually lawn chairs and one small love seat and no coffee tables. It was clean and warm at night. 7 out of 10

Perfect lil spot for trail riders but..

This is a fantastic spot for those that are just looking to be out and about all day and have a place to lay your head. It was super clean, and provided many amenities. While some needed to be replaced as it wasn't working well and took over an hour and half to perk a pot of coffee but everything else was surprisingly supplied. I would definitely recommend!
