The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #39 is a studio condo, with a loft and one-bathroom, located on the third floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
You’ll love cooking your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen which includes granite countertops and beautiful solid wood cabinets, while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept space. Enjoy a meal around the dining table that seats four.
The living room features comfortable seating that invites you to relax around the gas-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Access the private patio through the sliding glass door which is perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views of the Aspen grove.
The main suite is in the open loft and features a luxurious king-sized bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom is on the first floor of the condo and includes a walk-in shower, a separate jetted bathtub and beautiful granite countertops with solid wood cabinets on the vanity.
For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony with gas grill, gas-burning fireplace, two TVs, ceiling fan, wall safe, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
