Large 4bdr home in Whangaumu Bay - super family friendly and close to the beach
A large 4 bedroom home with all the mod cons overlooking beautiful Whangaumu Bay.
A massive deck off the living and bedrooms allows perfect summer time living and is super safe for small children . A weber barbecue and lots of outdoor furniture make for comfortable outdoor living. Plus there's loads of room for boats (lockable), cars and any toys you may want to bring. .
It is just a short walk to the very safe Whangaumu Bay beach where you can swim, kayak, paddle board and launch small boats easily. Ski lanes can be found at Ngunguru a 10 minute drive. There are also good walks to be had in the area or it is only a short drive to Tutukaka or Ngunguru for a spot of shopping or going out for a meal or drink. The famous Matapouri Beach is surf beach is about 10 minutes away with the surf beach of Sandy Bay a further 10 minutes.
