Why they chose this property
This community has everything you need. Great neighbors, friendly community, with amenities directly across the street including Barefoot Bar & Grill, Bourbon Bar Lounge, pickleball and tennis court. The restaurant staff and management are amazing especially the food! I promise you will be coming back!
What makes this property unique
I don't need a Golf cart to get around! Simply walk over to all the amenities. 400 feet door to door! Our property is 65' wide x 170' deep backing on the preserve with a backyard view facing west, perfect sunset views!
