Spent a September weekend in Speedway; the place worked perfectly for us. We were able to get a somewhat early check in so we could drop off our luggage and get busy with seeing the sites. Quiet neighborhood, the speedway is a short distance so you will hear the cars during race weekends. Beds were comfortable, we didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Would definitely stay again!!

I absolutely loved my stay! The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for while attending the U.S. Nationals. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Communication was excellent & the responses were always quick, clear, and helpful. You can tell the hosts take great pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests. I loved everything about my stay and will definitely be booking again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

Excellent Get a Way Stay

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of bedding and pillows were available. Loved having a grill to cook family dinners. Would recommend this rental to friends and family. Our family looks forward to rebooking if we find our way back to Indy!

Took my 3 teenage nephews to the Speedway for an entire race weekend. The house was perfectly located, just a couple blocks from the track so we were able to walk back & forth. We will definitely keep this property in mind for next year.

Well Kept and So Cute!

Our friends lived staying in this home for a few days while in town for our daughter’s wedding. They said it was cute, very clean, and modern. Close to Main St., which was nice for our busy weekend! Would 100% recommend. Communication was top notch, as well.

Perfect when no races

The cottage is apparently used for big parties during races, but it was a perfect place to stay when visiting my brother in Speedway during other times. It was very comfortable, clean, well lit, and quiet. I love the touches of having room darkening curtains in the bedrooms and lamps in the living room. (These can be hard to find in rental houses.) And it was conveniently located and close to restaurants on Main Street. I hope to stay at the cottage during future family visits.

Good location

Kind of upset the grill wasn’t working nor the tv in the master bedroom. Location was good and communication was good. Pretty much anything with batteries would not work because all the batteries were dead.
