Fully furnished, including kitchen accessories + freezer + pantry; dining room with ceiling fan; covered barbecue, with sink, tables and chairs support; balconies in front, and bottom; total of 4 suites, 3 with balcony - 2 with double bed, 2 with 3 bunk beds - sleeps 16 people; closet, all suites equipped with air conditioning; bathroom service; laundry with washing and drying machines, external clothesline; outdoor pool + indoor pool + outdoor shower; living room with ceiling fan, Sky TV, toilet. It has artesian well - without danger of lack of water! Located approximately 25km from the center of Ubatuba and Caraguatatuba. Do not cross lane to go to the beach; markets, restaurants, shopping nearby; quiet place to be with family, children, tranquil sea, beautiful landscape!

Ótima estadia

Casa limpa, organizada e bem equipada. Muito fácil e agradável a comunicação com a proprietária (Vera). Muito próximo a praia. Nossa estadia com crianças foi muito boa. Não tivemos nenhum problema com a casa.

A casa conta com uma excelente estrutura física, espaços bem distribuídos e muito bem preparada em relação a utensílios e acessórios. Fica em um condomínio com segurança e é muito perto da praia, que é bem tranquila! Foi uma estadia maravilhosa! Voltaríamos com certeza!

Foi tudo perfeito. Casa boa. Local bom; pertinho da praia. Cozinha bem organizada; bem montada e com tudo que se necessita. Sala de jantar deliciosa pra se conversar apos a refeição. Bastante espaço para as crianças. Churrasqueira etc tudo que se precisa para um bom fim de semana. Mantas fofas para noites frias. (Estava gelado) bons chuveiros enfeites, lindos quadros para tornar o ambiente aconchegante . Piscina limpa, tudo bom. Sem contar que gostamos muito da anfitriã, muito gentil .

Para fechar negócio fomos muito bem atendidos pela proprietária Vera, ela retirou todas as nossas dúvidas e sempre nos dava atenção respondendo os e-mails. Adoramos nossa estadia, a casa é ótima, bem conservada, organizada, limpinha e em excelente localização. E também fomos muito bem recebidos pela funcionária da casa. Todos os bens pertencentes à casa que são citados no anúncio é de pura verdade. Enfim é um verdadeiro paraíso e pretendemos voltar sempre!
