Welcome to Serene Escape ~ Welcome to Spanish Cay F6 - Nicely updated one bedroom/one bathroom top floor (walk-up, no elevator) vacation rental condominium. Spacious and perfect for a couple to spend time away and escape the cold to spend time on Sanibel Island. Beach access is a short walk away, across Middle Gulf Drive. Everything you need is at the condo including a full kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, washer/dryer, bedroom with comfortable king bed, full bathroom and lanai. We've recently updated the interior with fresh paint, furnishings and a large flat panel TV. Spanish Cay community includes a heated pool, fishing pier and deeded beach access. Our condo does include high speed wireless internet, beach towels and everything you'll need to spend a few weeks or longer in paradise. Spanish Cay does require a 30 night minimum stay.
