The Sian is undergoing a building exterior concrete restoration and window upgrade program . There will be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with balcony closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ONE (1) FOB FOR EVERY TWO (2) GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 UPON ARRIVAL. FOBS ARE SMALL PLASTIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES USED TO OPEN THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY, POOL, FITNESS CENTER AND GATE TO THE BEACH (NOT THE APARTMENT).  THE COST TO THE GUEST IS $30.00 FOR EACH FOB.   CREDIT CARDS, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   

ONLY GUESTS WHO WE REGISTER WITH SECURITY ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE GROUNDS.

House Rules:
Guests must provide government issued IDs, which include the guest’s name, current address, photo and date of birth for all guests18 years or older.

Guests must complete and sign the electronic contract sent to them after booking listing the names of all occupants

IDs and completed contracts must be received within 48 hours after booking or the reservation may be cancelled
