Great Trip to Melbourne
We booked three nights six months ago and they had a ‘family emergency’ and cancelled 10 days ahead. Booked this flat at a reasonable rate. Great location and good accommodation. Thanks for not joining those doing a cash grab during the Taylor Swift circus! Will definitely book again.

The property was much smaller than the pictures depicted. The balcony had old broken furniture n a broken fan on it. Both beds were uncomfortable- one was too hard and the other sagged in the middle. You could feel the springs in the couch on one seat. The sandwich press was dirty with crumbs from the previous tenant. We paid a lot of money for the property and others staying in the same complex had bigger spaces and paid less. We could have stayed at a hotel apartment in the same region for the same money. We won’t use stayz again.

Had trouble finding property as street number showed 57 instead of 61, could have been advised that it was part of the Oaks hotel. Once puzzle was solved access was easy. Felt apartment was quite small for four adults and ensuite was very, very compact. Bed very comfy.
